Haneulchae Bongwan
하늘채 본관 Haneulchae reads as 'sky house' (haneul = sky, chae = a building or wing); bongwan means 'main building', which sets it apart from the separately run Haneulchae Byeolgwan (annex) and Haneulchae Gwangjang (plaza) on the same fifth floor.

Haneulchae Bongwan is a chojang-jip on the fifth floor of the Noryangjin Fish Market building: you buy raw fish, prawns or crab at the stalls downstairs, carry it up, and pay a table charge (5,000 won per person in the hall). Grilling, butter-frying, steaming and the closing spicy stew cost extra. One post warns the house sells no seafood itself, so they had to go back down for more. We read 30 posts from June to October 2026; after setting aside the separately run Haneulchae Byeolgwan and Haneulchae Gwangjang on the same floor, Jinju Sikdang and others, 10 posts from June to October 2026 are about this place, and all 10 describe a visit.

- There are private rooms. Four posts mention them, and three booked one and ate there — one for quiet family talk, one for a five-person birthday dinner they found roomy. Room seating costs 10,000 won per person, double the hall rate.
- One wall is glass. Three posts mention the windows directly, such as a regular table beside a big window, and three more describe the Han River and Yeouido view without mentioning the glass.
- Five posts call it spacious and four call it clean, including one surprised by how tidy it was and one describing a bright, orderly room.
- Five posts went with a booking. On a holiday Saturday in October 2026, one post waited about 20 minutes despite booking by phone the day before and saw walk-ins turned away. No post says anything about steps, wheelchairs or strollers at the entrance — that is not the same as there being none. One post says to take passenger elevator no. 4 up to the fifth floor, and three describe going up to the fifth floor.
The toilets are outside the restaurant. One post says they are right off the corridor, separated by gender and clean.

What we do not know
- Noise is split: one post found its room quiet, one found the place chaotic, and one said rooms are calm but the hall is hectic.
- What a meal costs depends mostly on the seafood you buy downstairs. One party of five spent 240,000 won on fish and table charges, excluding drinks. Posts disagree on the 8,000 won table charge — two say it is for skipping the stew, one says it includes the stew — and on the two-person stew, 15,000 won (June 2026) versus 10,000 won (October 2026).
- Three posts give opening hours of 10:00 to 22:30 daily, and one from October 2026 gives 11:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and Sundays; all are copied from notices. One post was caught out by closing time mid-meal.
- Two phone numbers appear, 02-2254-7926 and 0507-1388-7925, each in two posts. Two posts say booking calls are taken from 11 am to 5 pm.
- Three restaurants share the Haneulchae name on the fifth floor — Bongwan, Byeolgwan and Gwangjang — and one post says each has a different owner. We took the registered 'Haneulchae' to be Bongwan and left out seven posts about Byeolgwan and three about Gwangjang.
- Two posts found the staff friendly, one noting they readily brought ice and ice water. A remark about low service ratings came from other people's reviews and is not counted.
