Sul & More is a bar in the basement of the N285 Hotel, just past Nagwon Arcade from Jongno 3-ga Station exit 5. It opened in October 2024. A projector throws video onto every wall of a large hall split into a bar by the entrance, regular tables, and a Korean-style floor-seating corner at the back. It stocks traditional Korean liquors, whisky and wine, and most dishes cost 15,000–30,000 won: the tomato seafood stew, BBQ ribs, tteokbokki and braised chicken were 25,000 won each, and Set A (brisket-pineapple rolls, clam soup, ribs) was 45,000 won. We read 30 posts dated October 9, 2024 to January 6, 2025. One was a hotel review and was set aside; the other 29 are all visits written between October 9 and November 20, 2024, right after the opening.

What sets it apart
- There is a floor-seating corner at the back. Of the 29 posts, 17 described the Korean-style room with colourful silk cushions; many guessed it was aimed at foreign guests of the hotel, and one writer actually sat there.
- They take song requests. Eight posts said you write a song on the notepad at your table, hand it to staff, and it plays on the wall projection. One post that only repeated it from other reviews was not counted.
- Once you order, crisp scorched-rice chips arrive free. Eleven posts mentioned them, all dated October 15–17, 2024. The November posts don't mention them; that is silence, not evidence they stopped.
- More posts called it reasonable than expensive: eight praised the value, one said it was a bit pricey but worth it for the mood, and one said 25,000 won tteokbokki might sound steep but came loaded with brisket and shrimp.

The bar is one floor down; 14 posts took the elevator from the hotel lobby, which opens straight onto the bar. Others walked down via a side entrance or the stairs at the back of the lobby.
No one said whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. Many mention the elevator stopping at the bar, but that alone doesn't tell us the entrance is step-free.
Three posts placed the toilets inside the bar; several mentioned a separate washbasin and powder area in front of them, and Aesop hand cream inside.

- No one reported waiting, but every post is from the opening weeks, when some found the room nearly empty. We don't know about waits now.
- Opening hours vary by post. All agree it closes on Sundays, but October posts mostly copied 18:00–00:30 (last order midnight) and November posts mostly 18:00–24:00; the November 20 post said the door poster read 1 a.m. while Naver said midnight. These are all copied listings, so check current hours before going.
- All prices come from October–November 2024 posts; we have nothing later.
- One post said they booked ahead. Many posts list the same phone number; the notes about group seating and private hire are copied from the listing.
- All 29 visit posts cluster in the opening weeks, seven of them on October 17, 2024 alone. Most end with the same hashtags and some copy the bar's website blurb. None disclose sponsorship, but read them as a likely promotional batch. There are no visit posts after November 20, 2024, so we can't speak to the bar today.
