The floor isn't in doubt: it is the 11th floor, not a basement, and ten posts took the lift. Nobody described the way from the street into the lobby.
Ten posts describe taking the lift from the ground-floor lobby straight up to the 11th floor, where the restaurant entrance faces the lift doors.
No post says anything about steps at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — even the one post written by a parent with a child. That means we don't know, not that access is poor.
One post says the restroom is 'right next door' and clean, which doesn't settle whether it is inside the restaurant. Another post's info box says the building's restrooms are separated by sex, but it is copied info, so we don't count it.

What we do not know
- Nobody reports waiting. One weekday-evening visitor found no line, and two posts saw a waiting area, including a long row of chairs by the entrance. Some posts mention queueing remotely through CatchTable. We have nothing on weekend lunch waits.
- Only one post was written by someone dining with a child; they found the tables far enough apart to be comfortable. High chairs appear only in one post's copied info box, so we don't count them.
- Seventeen posts list hours, all copied from info boxes. Most say weekdays 11:00–21:30 with a 15:00–17:00 break, Sundays 11:00–21:00, and a 15:50–17:00 weekend break. One post has Saturdays closing at 21:00 and another lists 11:00–21:30 every day. No post names a closing day.
