A Mexican (Tex-Mex) place in the fruit-stall alley beside Mangwon Market. The signature dish is the grilled meat fajita platter (43,900 won), meat and shrimp you wrap in tortillas yourself; 17 of the 27 visit posts ordered it. Tacos come two to a plate for 10,000–12,000 won, and enchiladas and chimichangas are 17,900 won. You order and pay first at a kiosk by the entrance, and water and cutlery come from a self-service bar. We read 30 posts dated 28 May to 15 October 2026. We set aside one about the Cheongna branch and one about a different café, and did not count one multi-restaurant list.

What sets it apart
- Twelve posts say tortillas and sauces are refilled. One table refilled tortillas twice; another explains you carry the containers to the counter and ask. One post notes that the meat itself is not refilled.
- Expect to wait at weekends. Eight posts say they waited or saw a line form. The waits they give are 30 minutes at Saturday lunch, about 30 minutes behind two groups around 1:30 pm at a weekend, and 5 minutes an hour after opening. One post found it full at 5 pm, just after the break. You can queue remotely on CatchTable or sign the tablet by the door, and one post mentions chairs out front for waiting. One post walked straight in at 5 pm; three more are inconclusive.
- Seven posts mention a receipt-review promotion: one review gets a soft drink and two get the guacamole pulled-pork fries, which four posts received.
- Eight posts mention alcohol, mostly Red Rock draft beer, plus tequila shots (5,000 won), tequila highballs (8,000 won) and imported bottled beer.

We do not know the floor. The registered address says basement level 1, but every post copies the address as ground floor, and none mentions stairs or stepping in straight from the street.
We do not know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That is not a no; no one wrote about it.
Five posts say from experience that the toilet is inside, one adding that it is separated by gender; some call it clean or roomy. No one mentions an accessible toilet.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts disagree on size: eight call it small or not large, two were surprised how roomy it was, and one says only that it was not cramped. Several describe about four tables in the front room plus an inner room and a window bar.
- Opening hours here are all copied from listings, and posts disagree on the day off. Most give 11:30–22:00 on weekdays (break 15:00–17:00) and 11:30–21:00 at weekends (break 16:00–17:00). But two posts, from August and October 2026, say it is closed on Mondays, while five in the same months say it opens every day. Three give the weekend break as starting at 15:00. Check before you go.
- Prices vary between posts even in the same months. In 2026 the carnitas and mango-shrimp tacos appear at both 10,000 and 11,000 won, and the Okinawa taco rice at 15,000, 16,000 and 17,900 won. One post says the chimichanga rose from 16,000 won in 2025 to 17,900 won in 2026. The one full bill recorded is 57,900 won for two: three tacos, an enchilada and drinks.
- Bookings go through Naver, but one post that checked at a weekend found only 11:30 am and 5 pm slots; at other times you join the CatchTable waitlist. Ten posts give the phone number as 0507-1304-0188.
- The same line about a chef-owner with fifteen years' experience appears word for word in three posts. It is the restaurant's own copy, so we did not rely on it; one of the three is pure promotion and gives no prices.
