Seoul Ansim Jeongyuk Magok-jeom
서울안심정육 마곡점 Ansim is the Korean word for the beef tenderloin cut (it also reads as 'peace of mind'), and jeongyuk means a butcher's meat shop; Magok-jeom marks this as the Magok branch.

A hanu beef grill on the first basement floor of the Intercity365 building near Balsan Station. Every table is in a private room; at lunch the marinated beef rib set (37,000 won per person) is grilled at the table by staff and comes with pot rice and soybean stew or cold noodles. We read 2 posts, from August 19 to September 18, 2026; both were family lunches with parents and both ordered the same set for three plus beef tartare.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Both posts ate in a private room, and both say every table is in one. One adds that each room has a coat rack and a drawer of cutlery and wet wipes.
- Both posts say staff grilled the meat for them — one from start to finish, the other adding sweet corn, paprika and zucchini alongside the ribs.
- The one post that came with a four-year-old says there was a high chair, and that the staff brought child cutlery, a tray and seasoned laver.

Parking
2 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Both posts mention the building's underground car park; one drove in and took the lift up to B1. The free-parking hours (2 at lunch, 3 at dinner) were copied from an info block in both.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

It is on B1 — one post came up by lift from the car park. Nobody described the entrance from the street.
No post says anything first-hand about steps or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller; the 'wheelchair facilities' line was copied from an info block. That means no one wrote about it, not that it is absent.
Nobody wrote about the toilets — where they are or whether they are separate.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- The two posts follow the same template — a lunch with parents, the same set for three plus tartare, the same info block and event list. Neither discloses sponsorship, but we would not read them as two independent visits.
- Both posts give 37,000 won per person for the lunch set; for three with tartare that comes to roughly 130,000–150,000 won, but the tartare is 20,000 won in one order list and 38,000 won on the menu. No one recorded what dinner costs.
- Both posts list Mon–Sat 11:30–22:00, closed Sundays, but both copied it from an info block; a 15:00–17:00 break and 21:00 last order appear in only one.
- Both posts give the phone number 0507-1369-3033; one booked ahead and found the table already laid.
- Both posts repeat that it is a 3-minute walk from Balsan Station exit 9, but neither actually came by subway or bus; one drove.
- Nobody said whether they waited; one post had a booking, the other went on a weekday lunch.
- Both posts were family meals with parents; we have nothing from people who went with friends, colleagues or alone.
