Bakgane Bindaetteok is a pancake house on the bindaetteok alley of Gwangjang Market, by Jongno 5-ga station. Pancakes and meat patties are fried on a big griddle at the entrance; inside, people sit down to millstone mung bean pancakes (6,000 won), pork pancakes (10,000 won) and yukhoe (23,000 won) with makgeolli. The most-ordered item is set no. 4 — yukhoe, a pancake and gimbap for 32,000 won. We read 30 posts dated 22 February to 17 October 2026; 15 describe actually eating here. What sets it apart
- Five posts say they walked straight in while the queue built at Sunhee-ne next door — on a Sunday at 1 pm, a weekend at 4:30 pm and a holiday at 5 pm. Two of those are the same family's visit on the same day. No post describes queuing here.
- Six posts describe a crisp edge and soft middle; one post, comparing with another stall, found it less crisp. The pork patties split one to one: one post found them gamey, another said they had no meaty smell at all.

When the ground floor fills up, staff send people upstairs; eight posts mention an upper floor. How many floors there are is split: four posts say three, two say two. One post noted a smoking room on the second floor.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in, and none mentions a lift to the upper floors. That means unknown, not absent.
No one describes the toilets from experience. One post's info block lists separate men's and women's toilets, but that was copied from a listing and we did not count it.

What we do not know
- Prices seem to have gone up: a post published in February 2026 lists two pork patties at 6,000 won, while October posts list 8,000 won. The February post gives no visit date, so we cannot say when it changed. One post felt the 32,000-won set was not cheap.
- Only one post says it came by public transport. Several give the distance from Jongno 5-ga station exits 7 and 8, but that is copied location info.
- The hours, daily 9 am to 10 pm, come from info blocks copied into four posts, all agreeing. One regular confirms from experience that it opens every day. Nobody mentions a break or last-order time.
- The phone number 02-2264-0847 appears in three copied info blocks. One block says no reservations; no post tried to book.
- Two pairs of posts describe the same visit by the same writer (one family trip, one couple). We counted posts separately, so some of the numbers above include the same visit twice. One further post was too long for us to read and is left out.
