Haeng 2PM8PM

행2PM8PM The name puts the syllable haeng, which none of the posts explain, next to two clock times, 2 PM and 8 PM.

Compiled from 20 blog posts read in fullSources →

Haeng 2PM8PM is a bar that fills all three floors of a building at Suporo 12-gil 10 in Jung-gu, near Euljiro 3-ga station. You pay first at the ground-floor counter, collect your food when the buzzer goes, and bring the dishes back yourself, café-style. The second floor has a free live set every evening; the third is a rooftop with outdoor tables. The signature is the mongdungi roast: posts from June 2026 describe duck at 23,000 won, posts up to June 2025 turkey at 22,000 won. Through August 2025 it opened at 3 p.m. on weekdays; later posts say 5 p.m. We read 30 posts dated November 2024 to October 2026; 21 of them record an actual visit.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.

What sets it apart

  1. Of the 21 visit posts, 17 say they watched the second-floor set. There is no cover charge, and nearly every post gives the same times: 8 p.m. on weekdays, 7 and 9 p.m. on Saturday, 7 p.m. on Sunday. One writer saw the handwritten schedule on the stairs and noted that some dates are marked as no-show days. One November 2024 daytime visitor left before any set began.
  2. Five posts say the performer took song requests — one writer asked for a song and had it played on the spot — and others describe singers chatting with the tables between songs.
  3. Four posts say staff handed out coupons at each table during the set: order a bottle, or two more glasses, and get a free side. One writer got truffle jjapagetti that way; another calls it a happy-hour coupon.
  4. Five posts say the food came quickly and none say it was slow; one timed it at about five minutes after ordering.
7 more
  1. Eight posts call the portions large — four women who ate their fill and still had food left, a diner who felt fit to burst, a couple who gave up on the knife and tore the mongdungi by hand.
  2. Four posts describe the mongdungi sauce as sweet — sweet-and-sour, or teriyaki-like; a separate post found it slightly spicy. Others mention thick meat with no gamey smell.
  3. Sixteen posts saw the third-floor rooftop — thatched-roof lanterns, Southeast-Asian-style outdoor tables, blankets left out for guests. Two November 2024 posts found it closed off against the cold and snow; visitors on rainy days in May and July 2026 skipped it.
  4. Ten posts booked through Naver, mostly to secure second-floor seats for the set. An October 2026 writer was texted to pay a 30,000-won deposit, later taken off the bill, while an April 2026 writer says there was no deposit — so whether one is required varies.
  5. Opinions on noise split two to one: two posts found it calm enough to talk over the music, one says people who want quiet should go elsewhere. One writer notes the second-floor set carries clearly down to the ground floor.
  6. Five posts call the prices easy on the wallet and none call them expensive; one couple spent under 100,000 won on the two-person set and a bottle. The line that a 50,000-won wine elsewhere costs in the 30,000s here appears almost word for word in four posts, one of which credits it to the shop, so we treat it as the shop's own pitch and did not count it.
  7. Three posts say they walked from Euljiro 3-ga station; the five-minute walk figure appears in many more, mostly copied from the listing.

Getting inside

Second floor18 of 20 posts
In a basementyes 0 · no 10 (of 20 posts read)
Toilet inside3 of 20 posts
Separate restroomsyes 0 · no 1 (of 20 posts read)

Ten posts describe entering and ordering at street level — nothing is underground. You move between floors by stairs.

No post mentions an entrance step, wheelchair or stroller access, or a lift — that means nobody wrote about it, not that there is none. Floors are linked by stairs, and two posts warn the flight to the rooftop is steep and narrow.

Three posts place the restroom inside on the ground floor, to the left before the stairs. One describes it as just through a door on the ground floor, a single-occupancy unisex room — from that post alone we can't tell whether it is inside or outside.

No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 29 posts we gathered, 9 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • No post describes queuing. Weekday and Sunday visitors found it uncrowded; one was told by staff that the previous Saturday was full. We don't know what weekend waits look like.
  • Twelve posts agree on 5–11 p.m. on weekdays, but weekends differ: four posts give a 2 p.m. Saturday opening and four give 4 p.m., and Sunday is split between 4 and 5 p.m. All of these are copied from the shop's listing. Posts up to August 2025 list 3 p.m. weekday and 1:30 p.m. weekend openings, which we treat as the old schedule.
  • Prices shift over time: the mongdungi went from 22,000 to 23,000 won, and a glass of draft beer is 9,000 won in an August 2026 post but 8,000 won in October 2026 (a promotional post that month advertised 20% off draft). Several posts say bottles start in the 30,000s. No post states the two-person set price outright.
  • Thirteen posts give the phone number 0507-1331-6915; the private-hire promotions list 010-5364-6915 for bookings. Whether a deposit is needed varies, as noted above.
  • Nine of the 30 posts were not counted: press-release-style pieces on private hire, Christmas events and draft-beer discounts from the same writer, course write-ups that pair the bar with another venue, and a two-venue list. Four of the visit posts carry an identical hashtag block, and claims about dogs, minors, outside cakes and corkage are mostly copied from the shop, so we don't rely on them. The '50,000 sold in six years', '60,000 in eight years' and '2023 Michelin' lines are the shop's own slogans.
  • No post describes visiting with children. 'Minors welcome' is the shop's line, and a promotion says the Christmas 2026 special shows are adults-only.
