An aged-sushi and sashimi restaurant in Jangchung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, down an alley past Taegeukdang from Exit 2 of Dongguk University Station. Sushi sets run from 18,800 won (Senmon set) to 34,800 won (Premium set) and come with porridge, salad and udon; in the evening many posts order the 42,800-won-per-person kaiseki course (dressed fish, aged sashimi, sushi, tempura, Nagasaki champon). Posts from September–October 2026 mention a first-anniversary event, so it likely opened around autumn 2025. What sets it apart
- Expect to wait at mealtimes. Seven posts say they waited — about four groups and under 30 minutes at lunch in one, 40 minutes at lunch in another. One regular says it is full within 30 minutes of opening, so they always arrive at opening; another booked for 5 p.m. on a weekday and watched it fill up and start a CatchTable queue within ten minutes. One post walked straight in just after 5 on a Friday without a booking but was given 90 minutes; two posts in all were seated without a booking on a time limit.
- There is a private room at the back. Eight posts sat in it or saw it; one says it holds a group of 16, another more than ten, and one notes a window beside it looking straight into the kitchen. Seven posts describe the open kitchen.
- Write a receipt review and you get one eel nigiri. Eight posts mention it, from December 2025 through October 2026.

No post describes the floor from experience; only the address says ground floor, unit 101.
Nobody mentions a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that it's step-free.
The toilet's location is disputed: a December 2025 post says it is outside the restaurant, an October 2026 sponsored post says it connects to the dining room. We can't tell whether it changed or the two describe the same thing differently. Three posts agree it is separated by sex.

What we do not know
- Seating is mostly tables — five posts describe two- and four-person tables or benches. A solo diner says there were no single seats and took a four-top, while one other post mentions counter seats.
- Opinions on price split: four posts call it good value, one says it's expensive enough to save for a treat, one thought it pricey at first but was won over. A meal runs 18,800–34,800 won for a set or 42,800 won per person for the course; one couple spent about 60,000 won.
- Sixteen posts list opening hours, almost all copied from the listing: daily 11:30–22:00, break 15:00–17:00, last orders 14:20 and 21:20. One December 2025 post gave the evening last order as 21:00. No post names a regular day off; one warned to check the Chuseok holiday closure.
- Nine posts give the same phone number, 0507-1359-8493; one copied the rule that groups of nine or more book by phone and smaller groups via Naver or CatchTable. Seven posts mention booking.
