A gabri-sal (pork neck-loin) bossam and roe-and-noodle restaurant on the ground floor along Janghan-ro at the Jangan-dong crossroads. Lunch is a 12,000-won bossam set or a spicy roe kalguksu hot pot at 11,000 won a head; dinner is the kimchi bossam platter (42,000 / 51,000 won) or a two-person roe stir-fry at 39,000 won. Both platters come with a crab-and-mussel kalguksu you boil at the table. We read 19 posts from 19 September to 19 October 2026; two were about other branches and set aside, and 13 describe an actual meal here. One notes the space used to be a dakgalbi restaurant before it reopened as this.

What sets it apart
- Staff load the hot pot and the seafood kalguksu for you — seven posts say so. Four mention flipping the hourglass on the table once it boils to time the noodles, one calling it a three-minute timer. The chili paste is left on the side so you set the heat yourself.
- Four posts found the spicy roe kalguksu hot pot genuinely hot — one said much hotter than Shin Ramyun, another fed their child the bossam instead. But one post that ordered the roe stir-fry at regular heat found no spice at all, so it depends on the dish and the level you pick.
- Seven posts call the portions large. One counted about 20 slices of pork in a single lunch set; a family of three found one medium platter plus its noodles enough and skipped extra meat.

We don't know about floors from experience: the address says ground floor, but no post describes it.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. Two posts came with children, but none mention it — that is a gap, not a no.
Two posts say the restroom is inside the restaurant, one calling it very clean. Separate men's and women's rooms appear only in copied listing info, so we can't confirm it.

What we do not know
- One post says the bus stop is right outside. Two say Janghanpyeong station is a walk — about 18 minutes by one estimate — so it isn't next to the subway.
- No post reports waiting. One went well after the lunch rush to avoid a weekend queue; others found tables filling up at weekend opening and on a weekend evening.
- Two posts came as families with children, one as a couple, one with a friend; the rest don't say. None came alone.
- Eleven posts give hours of 11:00–22:40, with a 15:00–17:00 break that six say applies on weekdays only. Last order is 21:40 in two posts and 22:00 in one; most of this is copied from the listing.
- Prices agree across posts, but no one gives a receipt total, so a meal's cost can only be built from menu prices — a lunch set plus a two-person hot pot comes to 34,000 won.
