Onyuwol Sikdang Bonjeom
온유월식당 본점 Sikdang means restaurant and bonjeom the original branch; Onyuwol reads as 'on' plus yuwol, the Korean word for June, though no post explains the name.

A pork barbecue house in the basement of Banpo Shopping Town building 3, right outside exit 8-1 of Express Bus Terminal station, running two facing dining rooms across the corridor. The usual order is a set of two portions of thick-cut belly or neck plus one of the house's aged 'teukgogi' cut, and you grill it yourself. The belly set was 47,000 won in posts up to January 2026 and 49,000 won from August 2026. A soybean-paste stew comes free once per table. We read 30 posts from July 2025 to October 2026; 25 of them record an actual meal.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- The meat is thick. Of the 25 meal posts, 19 mention it — one measured over 3 cm, another 'two finger joints'. The 3 cm post suggests resting the meat on chopsticks over a plate for three minutes before grilling again, steak-style; another cut each piece in half again to eat it.
- You do the grilling. Three posts say staff don't cook for you, one adding the floor looked short-handed on a busy night. Several note green beans arrive with the pork to grill alongside.
- The table is set with banchan — scallion kimchi, shredded scallion, pickled wild garlic, corn salad, cabbage salad — and refills come from a self-serve bar; 17 posts say so. Lettuce isn't brought to the table, you fetch it, along with wasabi, garlic and chillies. One May 2026 diner noticed the next table got lettuce up front while theirs was missing a few items.
- Seven posts mention a phone charging cable at every table, one noting it has both Lightning and USB-C tips. Two mention aprons and hair ties provided.
4 more
- Expect a wait at dinner and weekend lunch. Seven posts saw a queue themselves — on a weekday evening, early evening, before the noon opening on a Sunday, and one was told to wait even at 2:30 pm. One post found it quiet off-peak; a party of six waited briefly around 8 pm for a big enough table. You sign up on a tablet at the entrance. Nine posts booked ahead and walked straight in.
- It's a short walk from the station: five posts came out of exit 8-1 straight into the arcade opposite; one took exit 8-2 by mistake and walked a little further.
- There are two rooms, left and right of the corridor, almost identical in size and look. Eight posts call it spacious; one lists tables from four-tops to ten-seat group tables. An August 2026 post said the layout had changed since an earlier visit, with facing rooms and more tables — but the second room already appears in July 2025, so that change predates our posts.
- Opinions on the free stew split: four posts found it spicy, two found it mild. Several ordered rice to finish it.

Parking
2 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.
| Posts saying you can park | 2 of 25 posts |

Parking is in the arcade's own lot. Two posts drove and parked there; one says a receipt gets you an hour free, and they paid 3,000 won for running a minute over. Most copied info blocks say one hour free, but one September 2026 post's block says no parking support — copied text either way, so we count neither.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

It's a short walk from the station: five posts came out of exit 8-1 straight into the arcade opposite; one took exit 8-2 by mistake and walked a little further.
Getting inside
| In a basement | 14 of 25 posts |
|---|---|
| Lift to the floor | 1 of 25 posts |
It's on basement level 1. Fourteen posts describe taking the stairs down or walking to the far end of the underground arcade. One (May 2026) says there's a lift to the left of the arcade's front desk. Five mention waiting chairs in the corridor outside.
No one wrote about a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. One post mentions a lift; beyond that we simply don't know.
No one said whether the toilets are inside the restaurant or out in the arcade. Two posts copy a 'separate men's and women's toilets' line from the listing, which we don't count.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-09-23 | 2 posts in one day |
|---|
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices rose in spring 2026. Posts up to January 2026 give 47,000 won for the belly and neck sets; from April they say 49,000 (the neck set from April, the belly set in posts from August). One December 2025 post alone says 45,000. The mixed platter went from 670 g for 67,000 won in January to 600 g for 69,000 in October. A set for two plus rice and a soft drink came to 53,000 won in April 2026.
- Seventeen posts list opening hours, all copied from the listing: 16 say daily 12:00-23:00 with last orders at 22:00, one April 2026 post says 11:00. A diner who saw people waiting before the noon opening on a Sunday fits the 12:00 start. Fifteen posts give the same phone number, 02-534-3608; one says booking through Naver earned a free beef-and-soybean rice dish.
- Five posts open with the same ten hashtags, and an April and a May 2026 post share several sentences word for word. Two posts disclose a free meal from the restaurant, three show a receipt proving they paid; the rest say nothing. The presidential award, 'patented aging', Blue Ribbon and '100% Duroc' are the house's own claims and we don't rely on them.
