Onmigwan Anguk
온미관 안국 Onmigwan is written 溫味館 on the sign — 'house of warm flavour' — and Anguk is the subway station it sits behind.

A Korean restaurant on a Jae-dong lane by Exit 2 of Anguk Station (Bukchon-ro 2-gil 5-4), right next to Kkangtong Mandu. Groups share eobokjaengban (beef hot pot in a brass tray) or Seoul-style beef bulgogi (20,000 won per person); on your own you take a bossam or pork-bulgogi tray (15,000 won each) with your choice of gomtang or naengmyeon. Many add the potato pancake and dumplings. We read 30 posts from 29 August 2025 to 6 October 2026; 21 record actually eating there, 8 only describe the place, and 1 was about another restaurant.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Waits depend on timing. Four posts waited — one was fourth in line for about 30 minutes, another waited 10 — while three walked straight in: right after opening, as the first early-dinner table, and with a Sunday reservation. The queue runs on CatchTable, and posts say the sign-up kiosk is inside, in front of the kitchen.
- The potato pancake comes with a sweet dip, not soy sauce — five posts say so, likening it to honey or grain syrup. One preferred to dip it in the eobokjaengban sauce instead.
- Seven posts found the portions large: three adults on three set trays were stuffed, a two-person bulgogi took three rounds to finish, and one post noted a generous bowl of rice.
- Three posts said the meat had no gamey smell — including one whose smell-sensitive wife happily ate the bossam, and others on the eobokjaengban and dropwort gomtang.
3 more
- Seven posts mention a receipt-review perk: in August 2025, 1,000 won off (2,000 won per person on bulgogi); in 2026, a free makgeolli highball or bottle of soju.
- Three posts mention a separate private room — one places it to the left of the entrance, opposite the open kitchen. Three also describe a mix of two-seat, four-seat and group tables.
- Three posts walked from Anguk Station Exit 2, about two minutes; one warns it is tucked down a lane, so take the right first turn.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

3 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
| Toilet inside | 1 of 20 posts |
|---|
No post says which floor the restaurant is on or whether there are steps. That isn't a sign it's at street level — nobody mentioned it.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. Nobody wrote about it either way.
One post says the toilet is inside the restaurant. Whether it is split by gender appears only in a copied info block (it says unisex), so we don't rely on it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-09-04 | 2 posts in one day |
|---|
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices have gone up. The August 2025 menu had eobokjaengban at 36,000/71,000 won and clear gomtang at 11,000; posts from September–October 2026 give 75,000 for the large hot pot and 12,000 for gomtang — copied from Naver rather than seen in person. No post suggests the 15,000-won set trays or the 20,000-won bulgogi changed. Three posts called it good value.
- Accounts of the room differ: two posts found it spacious, one called it small.
- Twelve posts give the same opening hours, 11:00–22:00 daily, and seven give last orders at 21:30 — mostly copied info blocks. One says there is no afternoon break; none mentions a closing day.
- Over ten posts list the phone as 0507-1371-0394; one gives a different number. Two posts booked through Naver, one noting bookings start at 11:30 though doors open at 11.
- Some posts are promotional. Three from 29 August–1 September 2025 share the same 18 hashtags; two disclose free meals or tasting vouchers and one doesn't. Two April 2026 posts with an identical 13-hashtag block say nothing about what was eaten, so we didn't count them.
