A Paul Bassett coffee and ice-cream café on the second basement level of Delight Square, right in front of Kyobo Bookstore and linked to Hapjeong Station by an underground passage. We read 27 posts from January 2025 to October 2026; 16 were about other shops on the same floor (Shabu in Seoul, VIPS, Tempo Coffee and others) and were set aside. Nine posts describe a visit here, mostly an ice cream or a drink after browsing the bookstore. Prices mentioned: milk ice cream cup 4,300 won, sweet-corn ice cream 4,800 won, berry ade 6,900 won.

Rows without a count: 2 of 3 posts.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. You get here without going outside. Three posts describe the underground walk: one stayed dry on a rainy day by keeping to the passages, another says that from the Exit 8 side you take the escalator down toward Kyobo and the café is straight ahead.
  2. There are many kinds of seats. Four posts describe them: two- and four-seaters, a bar table, large tables good for laptops, soft sofas, and a wooden table wide enough to spread out a phone, bag and book. Two posts call the room large and two say the seats are comfortable. One plugged in a charger and stayed a long while.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

In a basement3 of 5 posts

It is underground. Three posts describe going down to it. One post's info card says B1, but its own text, the other posts and the check-in address all put it on B2.

Nobody mentions a step at the door or coming in with a wheelchair or stroller. Posts mention the escalator down, but none describe a lift route. That means we don't know, not that there is none.

No post says whether there is a toilet inside the café or whether it is split by gender. We don't know.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 7 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Seats can run short. One post waited a little for a table on a weekend evening; another found it nearly full until people left for lunch. Nobody says how many minutes.
  • Two posts went with friends and one alone; the rest do not say.
  • The only prices posters paid and wrote down are 4,300 won for a milk ice cream cup, 4,800 won for sweet-corn ice cream and 6,900 won for a berry ade; one post called the price wicked. Lungo 5,300, latte 5,900 and ice-cream latte 7,500 won come from a copied listing.
  • Opening hours are all copied. Two posts list Mon-Thu 10:00-21:00 and Fri-Sun 10:00-22:00; one lists 08:00-22:00 daily. No one says they checked.
  • Posts about Shabu in Seoul on the same floor say its receipt gets 10% off drinks here, but no post about this café reports using it, so we did not count it.
  • The phone number 02-332-3730 appears only in two copied info blocks; no post says whether they take reservations.
