A sushi restaurant on the second floor of the Sounds Hannam complex in Hannam-dong, Seoul, up an outdoor staircase. Rather than chef-to-hand omakase, it serves courses in a few rounds of trays: starters, sashimi, sushi and temaki. Dinner courses are 83,000, 120,000 and 160,000 won; lunch is a 73,000-won course or a 55,000-won sashimi and sushi set, and a 55,000-won 12-piece sushi plate is available at dinner. We read 15 posts from 27 September to 27 October 2026; 11 describe actually eating here, many of them birthdays or anniversaries in a private room.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Of the 11 posts that described the seating, seven ate in a private room. One noted the room costs an extra 20,000 won, and another guessed there are three or four rooms. Curtained two-seat tables also exist; one writer said they felt like a room without being one.
- It is not counter-only: five posts described counter seats alongside tables and rooms. One writer was moved to a table because the counter was full; another sat alone at the counter and found it comfortable.
- Nine posts say they booked ahead, mostly through CatchTable. Writers who noted a birthday in the booking got a small castella cake with a candle or were given a two-person room. One writer asked to come earlier than a 7:30 booking and was told the staff would call when a seat opened.
- Three posts called the food solid but unremarkable: 'overall just fine', 'not a shock of flavour', 'nothing really different'. The last of these also spat out a spinach side because the mustard was too strong.

Parking
3 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Three posts say parking worked, and two of them paid 5,000 won for valet at the Sounds Hannam building; one parked on B2 and took the lift up. Another writer chose the Hannam-dong public car park and walked about 413 m, eight minutes. The 1,500 won per 10 minutes after two hours is copied from the posted rates.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 3 of 11 posts |
|---|---|
| Lift to the floor | 1 of 11 posts |
The registered address says ground floor of building A, but every post places it on the outdoor second floor of Sounds Hannam, and three writers climbed outdoor stairs to reach it. Two said the entrance is hard to find the first time.
No one wrote whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in, or whether there is a step at the door; that is unknown, not absent. Three posts mention climbing outdoor stairs, and the writer who took the lift from the car park still had a flight of stairs at the end.
No one wrote whether the toilet is inside the restaurant. One writer found it clean; the separate men's and women's toilets appear only in a copied info block.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 14 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-10-22 | 2 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Public transport splits one to one: one writer took the subway and enjoyed the walk, another called it hard to reach without a car. The 10 to 15 minutes' walk from Itaewon or Hangangjin station is copied guidance.
- No post mentions queuing, largely because almost everyone booked; we do not know what happens without a reservation. One writer found the counter fully booked and sat at a table.
- Only one post found the service a little slow; others liked the pace of the trays, and one liked that several dishes came at once.
- Opinions on price split: three posts found it reasonable for the course, two were unconvinced, one saying it was not worth recommending for the price and one that portions are not large for the money. A meal runs 55,000 to 73,000 won at lunch and 55,000 to 160,000 won at dinner, plus 20,000 won for a room. All prices are from September and October 2026 posts.
- Four posts give the same opening hours, 11:30 to 22:30 daily with a 15:00 to 17:30 break and a 20:30 last order for the dinner course, but all in copied info blocks; one post gives the break as 3 to 5 pm. No post mentions a closing day.
- Two phone numbers each appear once, 070-7723-0072 and 0507-1382-0072, so we cannot say which is current. Every writer who described booking used CatchTable.
- We dropped one post about a café in the same building, and did not count as visits an exhibition guide's neighbourhood list, a roundup of Japanese brands, or a vlog with only a check-in. The Nagasaki origin story and the Blue Ribbon sticker are the house's own claims, repeated by writers.
