Yukhoegwan Black Sinyongsan is a raw-Hanwoo drinking spot on the third floor of the Seongji Building, above a Kyochon Chicken, near Exit 1 of Sinyongsan Station. People come for the same-day-slaughter yukhoe (42,000 won), the uni set (37,000 won) and the stir-fried brisket with odeuregi (46,000 won), with a highball or lemon soju, and a pot of beef seaweed soup is put on a burner at every table for free. A central hall is flanked by private rooms on both sides, with floor-to-ceiling windows at the corners. We read 30 posts dated 28 July 2025 to 19 October 2026; 27 describe an actual visit. We set aside one about a different venue (a pop-up at I'Park Mall) and did not count a restaurant list or a delivery review.

What sets it apart
- The private rooms are the point of the place: 26 of the 27 visit posts mention them. Several describe the same layout, a hall down the middle with rooms along both sides, sized from four-, six- and eight-seaters up to fifteen. One couple in July 2026 sat in a room on their own. Four posts booked ahead through Naver and were seated at a reserved window table.
- Twenty-six posts mention the free beef seaweed soup, which arrives in a pot and is kept bubbling on a burner; several say it is packed with large pieces of beef. Two posts liked it enough to order rice to add to it; one from September 2025 says a refill costs 3,000 won. Two posts, from July and August 2025, found it salty.
- Twenty posts mention the window seats, where third-floor glass looks down on Sinyongsan Station and the Yongridan-gil lanes. One post in July 2025 skipped them because of the sun, and one in June 2026 moved somewhere cooler.
- Five posts describe walking from the station: cross at Exit 1 and it is almost immediately in view, in the lane opposite Yongsan Post Office. The '156 m, two to three minutes' figure that many posts repeat is copied from the listing.

'Free parking beside the building, public car park if full' is the restaurant's own notice, copied by most posts. Only one post actually parked there, and one other saw cars parked alongside. The copied information also disagrees: one says no parking, another that space is limited. We don't know how many cars it holds.

The restaurant is on the third floor. Eleven posts took the lift up, and two mention stairs as well. Two say the entrance is around the side of the Kyochon building. No post mentions a basement.
Nobody says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether they came in with a wheelchair or pushchair. A lift is mentioned, but we know nothing about the door or aisles upstairs; that means no one wrote about it, not that access is poor.
Four posts say the toilets are inside the restaurant, and two of them say they are separate for men and women. One puts them near the entrance; another calls them very clean.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 29 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post reports waiting. Three that went at 4 pm, just after 5 pm, or on a weekday afternoon found it quiet. One in July 2025 went at Sunday opening because it had heard weekday evenings are always full, but that is hearsay. We don't know how long weekday evening waits are.
- Opening hours appear in 19 posts, all copied from the listing. Eighteen agree on 11:00 to 01:00 on weekdays. For weekends, 14 give Saturday 16:00 to 01:00 and Sunday 16:00 to 24:00, while four give the same hours for both days. Three say it is open every day of the year; one post from August 2026 says it closes every Sunday.
- The yukhoe price is disputed: five October 2026 posts give 42,000 won for the same-day yukhoe, but one from 5 October lists 'Hanwoo yukhoe' at 31,000 won, and we can't tell whether that is a different dish or a mistake. On value, one post calls it on the pricey side, one says it doesn't feel expensive, one says it is fair quality rather than a bargain. Yukhoe, uni and two highballs for two comes to about 100,000 won at menu prices.
- Sixteen posts fall between 1 and 19 October 2026, and fifteen of them order the same yukhoe, uni set and highball and describe them in the same order. Only three of the 30 posts disclose sponsorship (one review-platform visit, one free meal, one tagged as sponsored). Claims about same-day slaughter, a Le Cordon Bleu chef and sourcing from producers nationwide come from the restaurant itself and are not used as evidence.
- The days the same-day mungtigi is served have changed: a post from August 2025 says Monday to Thursday only, while posts from July 2026 on say Monday to Saturday, with none on Sundays or holidays because the abattoir is closed. No post reports eating it.
- Two phone numbers appear: 0507-1336-6493 in 13 posts and 02-790-2868 in three. Reservations are taken through Naver and CatchTable, and several posts advise booking a room ahead. One post copies a notice that the lunchtime room charge is waived on orders over 50,000 won.
