Yukmong Yongsan Jigyeongjeom
육몽 용산직영점 Yukmong is written 肉夢, 'meat dream'; posts say the concept borrows from jujiyungnim, the old idiom for a feast of wine and meat.

Yukmong's Yongsan branch is a two-storey Korean barbecue house on Hangang-daero 62-gil, a short walk from Samgakji Station. Staff grill Korean pork and 1++ Hanwoo beef over charcoal at your table. Of 18 posts from people who ate here, 8 ordered the pork set (550g, KRW 69,900, with doenjang stew). The thick 'snowflake' pork neck (KRW 18,000 per 150g, two-portion minimum) and the caviar-cheese steamed egg (KRW 13,000) came up 6 times each. On the beef side, sirloin is KRW 49,000 and short rib KRW 55,000 per 120g. The signature is the green 'Shrek galbi', pork ribs in a matcha and minari marinade (KRW 25,000 per 250g). We read 30 posts dated 2 December 2025 to 15 October 2026; 18 record an actual meal, the earliest from July 2025. Ten near-identical promotional posts from 14-15 October 2026 were not counted.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Sixteen of the 18 diners wrote that staff grilled the meat from start to finish, and three of them say the owner did it himself. Two describe cooked pieces being moved to a side tray to keep warm, and two were told to try the first bite with just salt. One August 2026 diner had the opposite experience: a server grilled it so badly that it went tough, and their partner took over.
- Seven posts remark on how thick the meat is and nine on how juicy. One diner wasn't sure the 'snowflake' cut was really pork neck, it was so thick. The house bills it as the thickest neck in Seoul; that is the restaurant's own claim, and we did not count it.
- Six diners mention free corkage. One spells it out: the first bottle of wine or spirits is free and each bottle after that costs KRW 10,000. Only one of the six actually brought a bottle.

Parking
2 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Two posts describe parking. One drove and found the public lot directly behind the restaurant easy. The other says the single space out front is almost never free, and the Samgakji temporary public lot charges KRW 250 per five minutes. The same 'one space out front, otherwise the public lot' line appears in several copied info boxes.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 10 of 17 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 17 posts read) |
| Toilet inside | 2 of 17 posts |
| Separate restrooms | 2 of 17 posts |
Ten posts say the restaurant uses both floors. One describes four-seat tables upstairs, a long table for up to 12 and a small terrace. Another went at lunch and was told the second floor opens only for dinner.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance, wheelchair or stroller access, or a lift to the second floor. That is a gap in what we know, not evidence either way. One of the two families who came with children noted there was no high chair.
Two posts say the restrooms are inside, on the second floor, and separated by gender; one found them very clean. Nobody said whether ground-floor diners have to climb stairs to reach them.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 11 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-10-15 | 5 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Diners disagree on space: three found it roomy and three found it cramped, including one who called the ground floor tight. Seating on different floors may explain it, but the posts don't let us tell.
- Only one diner described actually getting here by subway, changing at Yongsan and walking from Samgakji. Several others give directions like '200m from Samgakji exit 1', but those read as copied directions and we did not count them. They don't even agree on the exit: five say exit 1, one says exit 2 and two say exit 3.
- No one wrote that they had to wait themselves. One diner walked in at 1:30pm on a weekday with no queue but saw a CatchTable waitlist device set up for the evening. Another saw a party turned away at lunch because it was full, and a third booked a weekday dinner and watched the room fill once offices let out. Three posts say they booked ahead, and one mentions folding chairs out front for people waiting.
- Prices are from posts dated June to August 2026. Three diners call it expensive, one warning readers not to be surprised by the menu. A party of five paid KRW 220,000 for two pork sets plus sides. One post lists the pork set at KRW 69,000; three others say 69,900.
- Ten posts give the same hours, noon to midnight daily, eight of them with last orders at 11pm, but every one comes from a copied info box. One diner adds that there is no afternoon break. No post mentions a closing day. The phone number, 0507-1312-5414, is consistent across posts, and diners mention booking through Naver and CatchTable.
- The cold noodle side has been renamed. A menu photographed on 12 July 2026 lists jjolmyeon, a 29 July diner ordered spicy milmyeon, and a 13 September post says outright that jjolmyeon became milmyeon. But a 2 September post still calls it jjolmyeon and an 18 July menu says naengmyeon, so we cannot date the switch. The price stayed at KRW 8,000 throughout.
- Ten posts appeared on 14-15 October 2026 following the same script. Each runs through the pork set, beef cuts, Shrek galbi, caviar egg, 'spacious clean seating' and table-side grilling in the same order, and two still contain an unedited photo-shoot brief. None records a meal, so none was counted.
