Compiled from 7 blog posts read in fullSources →

A sushi restaurant right outside exit 7 of Wangsimni station (Line 2), on the ground floor of 6 Wangsimni-gwangjang-ro. You order sushi assortments and sets with udon and tempura from a tablet or kiosk at the table, and brush soy sauce onto each piece rather than dipping. Posts give 19,900 won for the 10-piece set, 25,900 won for 12 pieces, 35,900 won for the top set and 24,900 won for a weekday lunch set. We read 30 posts dated 10 to 19 October 2026; 22 were about the brand's other branches (Sushidoku Gen, Kamidong, The Seongsu) or other restaurants and were set aside. Eight are about this place and seven describe a visit, all posted between 15 and 18 October.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Six of the seven visit posts say the fish is thick-cut, often adding that it is long enough to hide the rice — one put the salmon at about three times the length of the rice.
  2. Ordering is done at the table: four posts used the tablet or kiosk there, one noting detailed descriptions for each item.
  3. Three posts mention waiting: about 20 minutes after registering a phone number at a kiosk inside, a full room before noon on a weekend, and a short wait even with a booking. One post booked ahead.
  4. Two posts went with children. Both mention a no-wasabi option when ordering and a kids' set (8,900 won, for under-sevens in one post).
1 more
  1. Four posts mention private rooms; one says the 3–4 person room must be booked. Two posts say the restaurant runs a main hall and an annex, and on one visit only the annex was open.

Getting inside

Toilet insideyes 0 · no 1 (of 7 posts read)

No post describes the floor from experience; 'ground floor' appears only in the address. One post says you walk down stairs from exit 7 to reach the annex and main hall.

We do not know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller fits; nobody wrote about it, which is not the same as saying there is none.

Only one post mentions the toilet: it is outside the restaurant, inside the Sambu apartment shopping building. Nobody says whether it is separated by gender.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 8 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Three posts went with family and one with a friend; none went alone. Posts mention bar and single seats, but nobody we read ate there alone.
  • All seven visit posts list opening hours as 11:00–22:00 daily; four give last orders at 21:20 and one at 21:00. These are copied info lines, not observed times. One post says there is no closing day.
  • Opinions on price differ: three posts call it good value, one says it is a little expensive. No post totals what one person spent on a meal. All prices are from October 2026 posts.
  • Six posts give the phone number 0507-1320-3255. Bookings are said to go through Naver Booking; one post booked before visiting.
  • None of the seven visit posts discloses sponsorship, but all 30 posts fall within ten days across the brand's branches, and the posts about this branch repeat the same shop slogans, KakaoTalk lucky-draw event, soy brush and parking note in the same order. The sister shops Gen and Kamidong at 295 Wangsimni-ro share the name, so check the address.
