Sookseong
숙썽수산 Sukseong Susan Sukseong is a playful spelling of sukseong, 'aged' — the house serves fish aged at low temperature before slicing — and susan means seafood.

An aged-sashimi house on the third floor of the Deokheung Building in the Gwancheol-dong eating alley near Jonggak Station exit 4. People come to drink over a low-temperature-aged sashimi platter (small for two 69,000 won, medium 99,000 won) with seafood plates such as salt-grilled shrimp, red snow crab croquettes and clam fish-cake stew; tables are screened off with partitions and curtains, and you may bring bottles the house does not sell. At lunch there is a set menu including a 34,000-won kaisendong. We read 31 posts dated August 8 to October 14, 2026, 27 of them first-hand meals; 26 of the 31 fall between September 19 and October 14.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Of 24 posts that describe the seating, 5 call it private rooms and 19 describe tables screened by partitions, curtains or dividers. Some stress these are not rooms with doors, and one says a few tables have no curtain, so it is worth asking about seating when booking. One post mentions a separate large room for groups.
- Eight posts brought their own bottle — whisky, wine, sake, a Balvenie — and say staff supplied ice, rocks glasses, an ice bucket, a corkscrew and wine glasses. The 20,000-won-per-bottle fee for drinks the house also sells comes from the house's own notice, which posts copied; one post brought a Dassai 23 that the house stocks and says it paid the corkage.
- Seventeen posts describe the free starters: soft tofu topped with bonito flakes or sesame sauce, edamame, and pickled mustard greens or other pickles, with the tofu singled out again and again. Two posts say refills are available. One post regrets that there are no other side dishes at all.
- Ten posts went with a reservation. One booked a weekday 6 p.m. slot, found the room nearly fully booked, and saw a wait forming around 7; another says same-day booking at the after-work hour is close to impossible, so book days ahead. One post walked in without a booking on a weekday afternoon and found plenty of tables.

- Five posts call it expensive: one shared the 99,000-won medium platter among three and got one slice of each fish, another lists soju at 6,000, beer at 7,000 and draft at 11,000 won and is unsure about returning. On portions, five posts say generous and two say not much.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

The restaurant is on the third floor; nine posts mention it while describing going up and in.
Posts disagree on the lift. One visitor carrying luggage says the building has no elevator and had to stop for breath on the way up; another says you can take the stairs or the elevator. Three more posts just say they took the stairs.
No post says anything about a step at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access. That means we don't know, not that access is impossible.
Only two posts describe the restroom from experience: inside the restaurant and separate for men and women. No post mentions its size or an accessible restroom.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 31 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- All opening hours are copied listings and they shift over time. One August post has weekends opening at 15:00 and Friday–Saturday running to 1 a.m.; September posts give 11:00 on weekdays and 12:00 on weekends, closing at midnight with last orders at 23:00; from a September 26 post on, most October posts say closing at 23:30 with last orders at 22:30, though one October 5 post still says midnight. Three posts say open every day. Phone and reservations: 070-8848-3675, with Naver booking also mentioned.
- Some prices differ between posts: salt-grilled shrimp is 35,000 won in two posts and 29,000 won in one from October 10; the clam fish-cake stew is 27,000 won in three and 29,000 won in one. We can't tell whether these are seasonal prices.
- Of the 27 first-hand posts, two say they paid themselves, one says it paid in part, and 24 say nothing. The posts cluster between September 19 and October 14 and repeat the same search phrases and order combinations, which looks like a sponsored batch, but since the posts don't disclose it we haven't counted them that way.
