A franchise café occupying an entire four-storey building at Cheonggyecheon-ro 81, right on the Cheonggyecheon stream. You order and collect on the ground floor and sit upstairs; one writer described the floors as H-GARDEN (2F), H-HOME (3F) and a work/study floor, H-WORKS (4F). We read 30 posts dated 14 December 2025 to 7 October 2026; 7 describe an actual visit, 8 only introduce or name the place, and 15 were set aside as other branches or as using Hollys only as a landmark for directions. The visits are a mix of group meetups, killing time while queueing at nearby restaurants, and takeaway.

What sets it apart
- Ordering is by kiosk, and two visitors noted kiosks on the upper floors too, so you can grab a seat first and order there — but, as one put it, you still have to go down to the ground floor to pick up.
- One visitor said the 2nd and 3rd floors look out over the stream and trees through large glass windows; during the winter lantern festival in January 2026, another writer couldn't get in because the window seats were full.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Posts describe floors 1 to 4; nobody mentioned a basement level — which means no one wrote about it, not that there isn't one.
There is a lift, but both visitors who mentioned it found it out of order: an August 2026 post says it is always broken and was broken on a visit the year before too, and a September post had to take the stairs. Since most seating is on the upper floors, plan on climbing stairs.
Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or arriving with a wheelchair or pushchair. Seating and toilets are upstairs, and two posts found the lift broken, so the upper floors may be hard to reach on wheels.
Toilets are inside but split by floor: one visitor noted women's toilets only on the 3rd floor and men's only on the 4th, so a trip to the toilet means climbing stairs — with the lift broken, on foot.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 13 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-09-19 | 2 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Accounts of the ground floor differ: one visitor found only a few seats there, mostly an order-and-pickup space, while another found seating and called the ground floor roomy. For a seat, expect to head upstairs.
- No visitor described walking from a station or bus stop; 'near Jonggak Station exit 4' appears only in a copied info block.
- No one wrote about queueing here; two visitors actually came here to wait out queues at nearby restaurants, and one found it very relaxed at around 10 a.m. We don't know the busy hours.
- Company varies: two posts came with a larger group (a book club, a big meetup), one met friends here, and the other four didn't say clearly.
- Two posts copied opening hours and disagree on weekends: one says 08:00–23:00 every day, the other weekdays 08:00–23:00, Saturday 08:30–23:00, Sunday 09:00–23:00. No post mentions a closing day.
- Only one visitor recorded what they paid: 4,900 won for a ham-and-cheese scrambled-egg toast in June 2026. Drink prices come only from a February 2026 introduction post (americano 4,700, latte 5,200, Hollychino 6,400 won), so we can't confirm a typical spend.
- One visitor, the day after a marathon, saw the customer ahead get a discount for showing their race medal and did the same — apparently a one-off tie-in, not a standing offer.
- No post gave a phone number or mentioned reservations.
