A grill house on the second floor of 32 Ujeongguk-ro 2-gil in Gwancheol-dong, Jongno, about two minutes on foot from Jonggak Station exit 4. It is the Jongno branch of a Songpa original, and staff grill everything — bone-in beef short rib, fried pork belly, pork tomahawk — on cast-iron griddles. The three-meat hanpan platter was 89,000 won and the pork-only donpan 69,000 won (August 2026). We read 30 posts dated 6 February to 8 October 2026. We set aside three about the Songpa original and two about other businesses; leaving out two that only describe the place, 23 record an actual meal. Fourteen of those 23 were stamped out of two templates, with nearly identical wording and structure.

What sets it apart
- Staff do all the grilling. Twenty of the 23 meal posts say so; fourteen are template copy, but the six independent posts agree. Staff cut the short rib off the bone, plate the meat and vegetables for you, and, one writer says, come back to grill the rest when you ring the table bell.

The restaurant is upstairs. Six posts describe going up to the second floor, one admitting they nearly missed it until they spotted the sign. No post puts it below ground.
No post says whether you reach the second floor by stairs or lift, or whether there is a step at the door. We don't know about wheelchair or stroller access — nobody wrote about it.
One post confirms the toilet is inside the restaurant. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in copied shop text, which we don't rely on.

Of the 24 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Much of the coverage is promotional. Eleven posts from 27 March to 9 May 2026 share one template — the title repeated three times, five numbered sections, a closing verdict — and only one discloses payment. Three from 6-7 February are near-identical down to the hours and phone number at the end. Because they make up a large share of the counts, we did not count the juiciness and thickness claims that appear only in template wording.
- Nine posts say food arrived quickly, all from the same template; no independent post mentions speed.
- No post describes waiting for a table; the warning about weekend waits comes from a write-up with no visit behind it. That doesn't mean there's never a queue — nobody reported one.
- Opening hours seem to have changed. The three February 2026 template posts list 12:00-22:00; two May posts agree on 10:30-22:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00-21:00 Sunday. Later posts split again (10:30-22:00 daily, 11:00-22:00 daily, 10:30-23:00 Mon-Sat). All of these are copied info, and no post mentions a break time or closing day.
- Prices vary by date: the donpan was 68,000 won in copied shop text from April 2026 and 69,000 won in an August post that ordered it. Single-cut prices (33,000 won short rib, 17,000 won belly or tomahawk) come only from that shop text, so we can't confirm they are current.
- Four posts give the same phone number, 0507-1377-8268. Naver booking and group reservations for 8-14 are copied claims; no post describes actually booking.
