Compiled from 1 blog posts read in fullSources →

An eel restaurant off Dosan-daero near Sinsa Station. We read only one post, dated 10 December 2025. Its writer went with her siblings and ordered the house set for three (68,000 won a head): one eel with butter-grilled abalone, steamed egg and scorched-rice soup. The eel arrived already grilled and was kept warm on a brazier at the table, in three flavours on one board: salt, teriyaki and gochujang. On the December 2025 menu, eel rice bowls cost 42,000 to 58,000 won and a board of eel for two to three cost 96,000 won.

What sets it apart

  1. The eel isn't grilled at your table. The one post says it came out already cooked, so there was no spattering fat or smoke, and the brazier was only there to keep it warm.
  2. Seating is split up. The one post describes four-seat tables screened off by partitions so they feel like rooms, plus a newly fitted group room, and says high chairs are available. The claims that groups of up to 20 can be seated, and that parties of five or more must book by phone with a 20,000-won deposit per person, are copied from the restaurant's own information.

Getting inside

Second floor1 of 1 posts
In a basement1 of 1 posts
Separate restrooms1 of 1 posts

The floors don't match. The post says the restaurant is split between a second floor and a basement, but the registered address gives a ground floor and a basement. With no other post to compare, we can't tell which is right.

Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance, wheelchair or pushchair access, or a lift. That means we don't know, not that there's none. The post says the restaurant is on more than one floor, so expect stairs.

The one post says the toilets are separate for men and women and clean. It doesn't say whether they are inside the restaurant.

No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • Everything here comes from a single post, and it reads like commissioned copy: numbered sections, a pasted information block, a review-count widget and a closing recommendation. It doesn't disclose sponsorship.
  • The line about a two-minute walk from exit 8 of Sinsa Station (Line 3) is copied from the restaurant's information. No post describes actually walking there.
  • Nobody wrote about waiting for a table, so we don't know whether there's a queue.
  • Only one post says who the writer went with (her siblings). We don't know how the place works for solo diners, friends or office dinners.
  • Opening hours (11:30 to 22:00, open every day) come from one post's copied information block. No other post confirms them.
  • Prices are from a menu copied in one post in December 2025. A set for three comes to over 200,000 won for food alone, but nobody said whether that felt expensive or fair. We don't know whether prices have changed since.
  • The phone number, 0507-1355-9302, and the note that groups of five or more should book by phone were copied by one post. No post describes actually making a booking.
