Panier de M.mooni is a bakery café occupying a whole building on a side street about a minute's walk from Exit 5 of Apgujeong Rodeo Station, recognisable by the giant black ribbon on its facade. You pick bread and pay on the ground floor, then take stairs to seats on the upper floors and the rooftop; one post notes you collect your order when the buzzer goes and fetch water from the ground floor. The ribbon croissant was 8,800 won, the bear-face Moondori bun 5,900, an americano 7,500 and a slice of cake 11,500. We read 30 posts dated 17 December 2025 to 19 October 2026; 23 describe an actual visit. One post quotes an older entry saying the café was renamed from Cafe Mooni in November 2023.

What sets it apart
- Thirteen posts remarked on how many foreign visitors there were, mostly Japanese and Chinese tourists: a weekday evening in October was 'almost all Chinese', a weekday lunch in August 'mostly Japanese women apart from us'. One post noted the menu is printed in Japanese and Chinese as well as English.
- Ten posts mention the rooftop and six the outdoor terrace seating. Floor counts differ: one says seats run from the second to fourth floors, another 'floors 2-3 plus rooftop', and two describe a mezzanine selling wine between the ground and second floors. One found the 9,800-won teddy-bear milk tea latte served in a cup 'far smaller than expected', another the 9,500-won teddy-bear chocolate latte too small and mostly whipped cream; one post, though, found the 11,000-won ice-cream latte generously piled. We don't know about access. No post says whether there's a step at the entrance, whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in, or whether there's a lift; that means nobody wrote about it, not that there isn't one. Five posts describe the ground floor as display and counter, and five describe climbing stairs to the seating upstairs.
Three posts place the toilets on the second floor. One writer saw separate men's and women's toilets and found them clean; two others copied the same fact from the info listing. No post mentions an accessible toilet.

What we do not know
- Waits vary with the season. Three posts from June to August 2026, on weekday lunchtimes or a weekend, found it quiet and had no trouble getting a seat. One October visitor at opening time saw foreign guests 'lining up to get in'. One post waited at the door before the 10am opening and another gave up because of people queuing for photos; we left both unresolved. A December 2025 weekend post found 'no seats and noisy'. Long weekend queues come up only as hearsay.
- Twelve posts give opening hours of 10:00-22:00 daily, but all are copied listings. The last order is given as 21:30 in six, 21:00 in two and 21:15 in one. Only one says it opens every day of the year.
- A single June 2026 post gives the phone number as 02-544-6116 'or the store number', unsure; another lists the phone as unavailable. No one made a reservation.
- Two posts mention a review event. One found out too late that the Moondori bun was a receipt-review giveaway and suggests asking at the counter first; the other got a pastry through a Naver review event.
