A cafe on the third floor of a building on Chungmuro 5-gil near Euljiro 3-ga station, known in these posts for its year-end trees and gift-box decorations. Two posts say they went up to the third floor. One entered a building marked 'Departure' at street level and found the ground floor and stairs cramped; the other says the entrance can be a little hard to find and you open an iron door on the third floor.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance, a lift, or wheelchair or stroller access. All we know is that it is on the third floor and one post mentions stairs. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is none.
