An old-school spot on the second floor of 99 Eulji-ro, near Euljiro 3-ga station, serving freshwater crab and catfish stew. Posts describe a pot of catfish, crab and sujebi buried under minari that boils at the table, eaten with a plate of mixed fritters and soju or beer. Dinner sizes run 33,000 won (small), 48,000 won (medium) and 58,000 won (large); lunch is 15,000 won per person and the fritters 25,000 won. We read 25 posts dated 30 May to 8 October 2026. - Five posts said the portions are large. One said a small pot was plenty for two grown men drinking; another put a small at roughly two and a half to three servings. Even the half plate of fritters was called a big serving.
- Kimchi is self-serve. Three posts mention a self-serve station, and one said nobody frowns at you for taking a lot. Several posts list the same three kinds: green-onion, radish and mustard-leaf kimchi.
- Booking works. One post rang the same day asking for a table for eight at 6 pm and was told yes without fuss. Several posts give the same phone number, 02-2273-5989.

The restaurant is upstairs. Three posts describe going up to the second floor, and one warned that the climb is a little grim, old-style stairs and all.
One post mentions climbing stairs to the second floor, but nobody says whether there is a lift, a step at the door, or room for a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that there isn't one.
No visiting post describes the restrooms. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in one copied info line, which we do not count.

What we do not know
- Lunch is known as 15,000 won per person, but one diner who came alone after the lunch rush in August 2026 was quoted 18,000 won. For the medium pot, two posts say 48,000 won and one October 2026 post says 46,000 won; we cannot tell whether the price changed.
- No visiting post reports a wait. One said the lack of a queue was a plus, and others mention happening to find a table or a quiet public holiday. A 20-minute wait in one post happened at the same-named place near Seoul Station, so we left it out.
- Two posts walked in from the subway: one met up at Euljiro 3-ga station, the other walked about five minutes from Euljiro station. Exit numbers (1 and 12) appear only in copied info blocks, and those disagree.
- Opening hours in all four visiting posts are copied rather than observed. All four agree on a 22:00 weekday close. Three say weekdays open at 11:00 and one says 10:30, while three agree on 11:00 to 21:00 on Saturday. Three list Sunday as closed and one lists it as open. Only one gives a 15:00 to 17:00 break, and another visitor arriving after 2 pm on a weekday found staff eating and was served once they had finished. Check before you go.
- There is a same-named restaurant near Seoul Station (6 Sejong-daero 1-gil). One post says it has a different owner and that the Eulji-ro shop is the original, running since 1983. Posts sometimes mix the two, so we set aside two about the Seoul Station shop. One post repeats hearsay that the shop moved up from the ground floor to the second floor; we did not count it.
- Three posts from the same blog follow one template. Two match word for word, down to the 12 hashtags, and none of the three records an actual meal, so we did not count them as visits.
