Yeonnam Sulsa is a Korean-food pub on the ground floor of a Yeonnam-dong side street (Yanghwa-ro 19-gil 22-4), a few minutes' walk from Hongik University Station exit 3. It serves soupy drinking dishes in the pot — pork duruchigi, beef shank hotpot, spicy chicken tteokbokki — and several mains also come in a smaller R size: duruchigi is 25,000 won, or 17,000 for the R. You order from a tablet or kiosk at the table, and fried chickpeas arrive free as you sit down. It opens at 5 p.m. and runs past midnight. We read 30 posts dated February to October 2026; one was about a different restaurant and was set aside, leaving 29 written by people who actually went.

Two posts mention the floor, both saying it's at street level rather than a basement. No one said whether there are steps at the door.
None of the 29 posts says anything about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — we simply don't know. One post notes the door is a sliding panel at the right end of the glass front.
The toilet is inside the restaurant — nine posts say so, and three of them note it is a single shared, unisex room reached along a corridor.

What we do not know
- Heat is a split verdict: two posts found the dishes spicy, two found them milder than they look, and one stayed in between.
- No one reports actually queuing. One diner walked in around 6 p.m. on a Friday with no wait and found it not yet full at 7; another, at 7 on a weekday, thought they'd have waited without a booking. Since most people reserved, we don't know how long a walk-in waits.
- Opening hours are mostly copied from the listing. Monday–Thursday 5 p.m.–1 a.m. is unanimous. Sundays are split: 14 posts say closed, 3 say open. Saturday opens at 2 p.m. in 17 posts and at 5 p.m. in 3. Last orders are given as midnight Monday–Thursday and 1 a.m. Friday–Saturday. Check before going on a Sunday.
