TYTD is a baguette-sandwich and coffee café on Yanghwa-ro 19-gil in Donggyo-dong, toward exit 3 of Hongik Univ. Station; the address puts it on the ground floor. Menus photographed in August–September 2026 list jambon-beurre, B.E.L.T, rocket and sun-dried Colby Jack baguettes at 9,800 won, egg mayo and fig cream cheese at 9,300 won, and an americano at 5,000 won; one post put a sandwich plus coffee at about 15,000 won a head. You pick the beans for your coffee, and beans and drip bags are sold. The shop was remodelled before summer 2026 — it is now white walls, pale wood and a blue-tiled counter, where earlier posts describe exposed concrete and dim lighting. We read 30 posts from September 2025 to October 2026; leaving out one about another shop and one with no visit, 28 describe a visit.

What sets it apart
- It is a short walk from the station. Ten posts gave the walk from Hongik Univ. Station, all within five minutes — from two minutes to five, or about 200 m. Eight came from exit 3, two from exit 2.
- On weekday lunchtimes a takeaway americano is 3,000 won. Five posts saw the happy-hour notice in the shop: weekdays 12:00–14:00, takeaway americano 3,000 won against 5,000 on the menu. One post read it as 3,000 won off.
- Since the remodel there are several kinds of seat. Eight posts from August 2026 on describe where they sat: a window bar facing the street, two-tops, four-tops, and a large blue hexagonal table at the back that one post says splits in half for two parties. One post noted the big windows fold up open.
- Plenty of people come to work on a laptop. Three posts found sockets at the window bar, and one noticed a footrest there too.

Parking is unclear. Ten posts raised it, but only one — a Sunday visit — said from experience you can park right outside. Two saw spaces in front without settling it; one of them says four spaces, none on weekdays, and call ahead at weekends. Getting inside
Nobody described the floor from experience. The address says ground floor, but no post mentions steps either way — that is silence, not a confirmation.
No one wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or pram; the wheelchair-accessible mark in one post is copied listing data. Two posts found the door unusual — a pivoting panel you push at one edge, which one pair couldn't work out at first.
No post mentions the toilet, so we don't know whether it is inside or shared.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 27 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Late in the day the sandwiches may be gone: one post at 5 pm found them sold out, another late afternoon found almost nothing left, a third found the case thin on a weekend. Two posts, though, say they make one to order even when the case is empty.
- The shop was remodelled before summer 2026. Earlier posts describe exposed concrete and dim vintage pendants; later ones white brick, pale wood and blue tile. The croissants and other pastries went at the same time, leaving the baguette sandwiches — though one September 2026 post still found a last almond croissant. We did not count what older posts said about space, light or noise toward the current room.
- Prices have gone up. The November 2025 menu had jambon-beurre and fig cream cheese at 8,500 won, B.E.L.T and rocket at 8,800; from July 2026 they are 9,800 (egg mayo and fig cream cheese 9,300). One July post put the fig at 9,800, later posts at 9,300. The americano stayed at 5,000 won throughout. One post found the coffee pricey; another thought 7,000 won for pour-over was cheap.
- We know little about queues. One post found it quiet on a weekday afternoon; another only said there may be a wait at weekends and lunch. Nobody recorded actually waiting.
- Pets are uncertain: three posts copied a listing saying they are allowed, but one writer believed they no longer are.
- Eighteen posts gave opening hours; sixteen say 11:00–21:00, many adding last orders at 20:30. One October 2025 post had weekends until 22:00, and one gave 10:00–22:00. Most of these lines are copied from listings, so they confirm little. Only one post mentions a closure — on the holiday itself at Chuseok and Lunar New Year.
- Four posts list the phone number as 0507-1371-0222; one copied 02-325-0205. Nobody wrote about calling or booking — the 'reservations' mark is copied listing data.
