A one-person shabu-shabu shop at the Donggyo-dong junction, right outside exits 3 and 4 of Hongik Univ. Station (Yeonhui-ro 1, ground floor). Everyone gets their own induction pot, and each table carries seven sauces (bun cha, ponzu, mala, chili, ssamjang, tom yum, peanut), which is where the name comes from. In 2026 posts the beef shabu is 12,900 won with a choice of rice, noodles, cold buckwheat or vegetable porridge (+2,000 won). We read 23 posts from 30 December 2024 to 5 September 2026; 21 describe an actual visit (one writer never made it, one post was about a different shop).

- Seven posts call the staff friendly, and they say why: the male owner greets people loudly at the door, one writer found him funny, and another got a separate broth seasoning when she said the soup tasted bland.
- Six posts say you order and pay on a tablet at your seat. A December 2024 post said the bill had to be paid in one go; an August 2026 post thought the terminal might allow splitting. Whether you can split it now rests on one writer's guess.

Of the 20 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Portions divide writers: four found the vegetables plentiful and left full, two found the meat short (one party ordered another 7,000 won of beef), and one said it looks generous but isn't very filling.
- The price has changed. 2025 posts list the beef shabu at 13,000 won with 100 g of beef; posts from July 2026 list 12,900 won with 90 g, and cold buckwheat added as a choice. Five posts said it was good value.
- Waiting is mixed. Two posts that went just after 1 p.m. on a weekday walked straight in; one dinner visit waited and was given a free cola for it. One writer guessed you write your name and number outside, but didn't actually wait.
- Nine posts give the hours as 11:00-21:00 daily, last order 20:30, though most copied them from a listing. The 15:00-16:00 break appears only in copied blocks; one August 2026 writer asked the shop and was told there is currently no fixed break. Check before going between 3 and 4 p.m.
- The one post written by a parent says there are no high chairs; no other post mentions visiting with children.
- Four posts give the same phone number, 02-336-7177. Reservations appear only in copied listing text; no one booked ahead, and one regular said she never had.
