A Korean-style pub a short walk from Exit 9 of Hongik Univ. Station, on the Red Road at 123 Eoulmadang-ro, with a ground floor and a basement. People come for strawberry makgeolli (8,500 won for 500 ml) with stews, pancakes, beef tartare and hot pots at around 20,000 won each, sitting in booths divided by wooden partitions. We read 23 posts dated 28 June to 29 September 2026; 12 were about other places that share the common word saebyeok (dawn) and were set aside. The remaining 11, from 8 July to 25 September 2026, are all first-hand visits, and one of them discloses sponsorship.

What sets it apart

There seems to be no parking of its own: one post says to use a nearby public lot, one points to the street-side public lot by Exit 8, and one calls parking somewhat difficult. The flat 'no parking' appears only in copied listing blocks.

There is a basement floor as well. Seven posts mention seating downstairs; one says the ground floor was full on a Sunday so they went straight down. The back of the basement is fitted out like a street tent bar for groups, and two posts note you reach it by an indoor staircase.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller; that is unknown, not absent. Posts only say the basement is reached by stairs, with no mention of a lift.
Four posts say the toilet is inside the bar, two placing it at the very back of the ground floor; one warns you may have to queue for it when the place is busy.
Whether the toilets are separated by sex is unclear: the one post describing it first-hand says unisex, while two posts copying the listing say separate.

What we do not know
- Three posts deal with waiting: one waited 10 minutes, one says there is a queue if you come late, and one walked straight into the basement though the ground floor was full. Another notes it was empty enough at 5 p.m. but full by about 7.
- Only four posts say who they came with: two with a partner, two with friends. None came alone or with children.
- Opening hours come only from copied listings in eight posts: all say 11:20 a.m. to 4 a.m., four add last orders at 2:30 a.m. Two say Saturday runs non-stop for 24 hours, which differs from the posts that list the same hours every day.
- Three posts give prices: dishes from 20,500 won (bacon potato pancake) to 27,500 won (millefeuille hot pot), soju 6,000 won, and draft beer at either 5,000 or 6,000 won. No one reports a total bill; the '20,000–37,000 won' range appears only in a copied block. Nobody called it expensive, and one post called it good value.
- The phone number 0507-1386-7092 is copied in three posts. Two mention booking through Naver, with a free sausage-and-rice-cake skewer as the incentive; no one describes booking by phone. Three posts repeat the same photo-review promotion offering a free strawberry makgeolli or similar.
