Compiled from 7 blog posts read in fullSources →

A café near Exit 8 of Hongik University Station, at 67 Hongik-ro 6-gil. It doubles as a showroom for the cosmetics brand Elloel: the ground floor displays cosmetics, and the basement holds imported Italian goods and more seating. Posts ordered drinks such as milk tea, matcha latte, hojicha latte and americano, plus desserts like tiramisu and cheesecake; the only price anyone wrote down was 8,000 won for a melon soda. We read 29 posts dated December 2025 to October 2026. Seven of them, from December 2025 to August 2026, are about this café, and all seven are first-hand visits. The other 22 were about different cafés with similar names and were set aside.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Christmas decorations come up again and again in the winter posts: five posts from December 2025 to early March 2026 mention the tree or the decorations, and one said the outdoor terrace at the back had blankets and a standing heater. The decorations are seasonal, so the place will look different at other times of year.
  2. Two posts said the café is large, with generous space between tables. That doesn't guarantee a seat: a post from a December 2025 peak hour said it was too packed to take photos, and another, on a rainy weekend at year's end, barely found a single seat.
  3. Three posts said it is close to the station, two of them naming Exit 8 of Hongik University Station.

Getting inside

In a basement2 of 7 posts

There are two levels, ground floor and basement. Two posts went downstairs. One found the space under the stairs quiet but with few tables; the other described a long bench down the middle with tables on either side, and seats that were hard and cold to sit on. Most customers, one writer noted, stay on the ground floor.

No one wrote about a step at the entrance, an elevator, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One post refers to the basement as the space below the stairs.

No post says where the toilet is or whether it is separated by gender.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • We know very little about prices. The only figure is 8,000 won for a melon soda in an August 2026 post, whose writer felt it was poor value. One other post called the café a little pricey. No post gives a per-person total for a drink and dessert.
  • Three posts copied the same opening hours: 11:00–21:00 Monday to Thursday, 11:00–22:00 Friday to Sunday. One post from August 2026 has them reversed (22:00 on weekdays, 21:00 Friday to Sunday); we can't tell whether the hours changed or were copied wrong. All four are copied listings, and none mentions a closing day.
  • The phone number given in posts is 070-4215-2553. On reservations, one post only guessed they are possible from a reserved-seat sign; nobody reported booking.
  • No post describes queuing, though two found the café full. That means nobody wrote about waiting, not that there is never a wait.
  • Most posts were positive about the atmosphere and drinks, but one from August 2026 said they probably wouldn't return, finding the drinks not worth the price. The same post said the café has a one-item-per-person rule.
