Richun Sijang Yeonnam is a Chinese-food drinking spot on the ground floor of 217 Donggyo-ro, between Hongik Univ. Station and Yeonnam-dong. It opens at 5 pm and runs past midnight, serving bar plates mostly in the 10,000s of won — mala xiangguo (16,900), cream jjamppong (15,900), mapo tofu — with draft beer (4,900) or kaoliang liquor. You order from a tablet or kiosk, and a drumstick-shaped snack arrives free. We read 17 posts from March 2025 to September 2026; 10 describe an actual meal. The other seven are two discount promotions, one Chinese-restaurant roundup, one liquor ad that never names the branch, one copy of the registered listing, and two diaries that only mention stopping by.

What sets it apart
- This is a place friends come to drink. Seven of the ten visit posts came with friends; one was a date. One large group found 'plenty of two- and four-person tables', and an October 2025 writer saw the room fill with an office party right after they sat down.
- There is outdoor seating by the entrance, noted in three posts: one loved having it, one drank outside with old classmates, and an August 2026 group passed on it because of the heat.
- A drumstick-shaped snack comes free when you sit down. Four posts mention it; one found it slightly stale, another ate the lot.
- Prices read as low. Three posts called it inexpensive and none called it pricey — one said everything was cheap enough to keep ordering, another singled out the 19,900-won mapo tofu set and 13,900-won honey chicken. A May 2026 writer walked in for a 50%-off Yantai liquor promotion.

No one described the floor from experience. The address says ground floor and three posts mention seats by the entrance, but none spoke to the floor itself. We don't know.
Nobody mentioned a step at the door, stairs, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. We don't know.
No one said whether the restroom is inside the shop. A May 2026 writer found separate men's and women's stalls within one shared room, and clean; two posts noted a Dyson dryer, hair ties and mouthwash. The sign inviting passers-by to use the restroom is the shop's own wording.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 17 posts we gathered, 7 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Seasoning splits two to two. Two found dishes too salty (the mala xiangguo, the shrimp toast); two found them right or bland (the Sichuan chicken was spot on; one mala xiangguo was so flat it was sent back and remade). The same dish drew opposite verdicts.
- Every opening-hours line was copied from a listing, and they shift over time. Two posts up to March 2026 give 17:00–02:30 (Sundays to 02:00) with no closing day; three from May 2026 give 17:00–02:00, closed Mondays. One August 2026 post disagrees, listing Monday hours and 02:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. Check before going.
- Three posts copied the phone number 0507-1326-6320; one roundup gave 02-332-6320. 'Reservations available' appears once, copied from the listing; nobody wrote that they booked.
- No one wrote about waiting. An October 2025 writer saw a big group arrive after them but mentioned no queue, and the 'full' place in an August 2026 post was a different restaurant. That is not proof there is no wait — just that nobody recorded one.
- Only one post judged the service, and it was mixed: floor staff unremarkable, the owner genuinely warm — he gave her friend a free drink after hearing his troubles. Other mentions of the free 'heart drink', phone chargers and umbrella loans repeat the shop's own signs; that same writer found no umbrella available on the night.
- Two August 2026 discount posts follow the same template — the same three brands in the same order, the same '7,000 won off two sets' and Red Bull scratch-card lines, and no meal. We did not count them.
- The menu keeps moving: mala skewers and duck pancakes arrived in October 2025, Sichuan fried chicken in May 2026, and the honey chicken went from 12,900 won (March 2025 listing) to 13,900 won (July 2026). One August 2026 writer found the in-store menu differed from Naver's and was told the new dish advertised on the TV wasn't sold at this branch yet.
