PLANT Yeonnam is an all-vegan restaurant in the Yeonnam-dong backstreets, a 5–10 minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station; posts describe it as the Yeonnam branch of the PLANT that began in Itaewon. You order at a kiosk by the door, collect your food when your number comes up, and help yourself to water, cutlery and sauces. Since March 2025 salad and rice bowls have been 15,000 won and wraps 13,000 won; the most-ordered dishes are the falafel bowl (6 posts) and the hummus tempeh bowl (6). What sets it apart
- Eleven posts say most of the other diners were foreigners — 'everyone but us, staff and guests alike' (March 2026), 'all foreigners except one other table' (September 2026). Staff are mostly foreign too and call order numbers in English, though several posts add that they speak Korean.

Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — that is unknown, not absent. One post notes it is on the ground floor and one mentions high chairs.

What we do not know
- Seasoning splits evenly: two posts found it salty (one noting her companion didn't), two found it milder than expected.
- Waits vary: one post walked in at noon on a public holiday and saw a queue form ten minutes later; two found it quiet at the 11am weekend opening and at 4pm. One September 2026 post booked by phone for a weekend visit.
- The menu changed around March 2025. Posts up to February 2025 mention a burger (12,500 won), spaghetti and meatballs and a Thai green curry (18,000 won each); from late March the menu is bowls at 15,000 and wraps at 13,000. An October 2025 post found the hummus salad replaced by the hummus tempeh bowl, and a September 2026 post says this branch no longer serves burgers.
- Prices: bowls have stayed at 15,000 won from March 2025 to September 2026. Wraps were 13,000 won through October 2025, but an April 2026 post paid 14,000 for the chipotle chicken wrap, so we can't tell whether wraps went up. A bowl plus an ade (7,000) comes to about 22,000 won.
- Opening hours: eight posts agree on 11:00–22:00, last order 21:00, closed Mondays — though most are copied info lines, and two say 'daily' while also listing the Monday closure.
- Four posts give the same phone number, 02-337-1982. Reservations are unclear: a September 2026 post booked by phone, while one copied info line says no reservations.
