누구나홀딱반한닭 The name means 'the chicken everyone falls head over heels for'; bloggers shorten it to Nunaholdak.

Compiled from 8 blog posts read in fullSources →

A chicken place on Eoulmadang-ro near Exit 9 of Hongik University Station, spread over three floors. The core of the menu is ssamdak: oven-roasted rather than fried chicken that you wrap in radish sheets, tortillas or perilla leaves. Pizza, tteokbokki, soups and sherbet are also on the menu. The only prices anyone gave were for the Fresh Ssamdak and the Ssamdak Fajita, each listed at 27,900 won in one post. One post calls it a chain. We read 8 posts dated 12 June to 22 September 2026, and all 8 are from people who went and ate there.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. The upper floors have big windows. Three posts mention window seats: one describes second-floor glass looking out over the street, another says the second and third floors feel like open-air drinking with their glass walls, and a third wanted a second-floor window seat but had to settle for one downstairs.
  2. Many of the customers are foreign visitors. Four posts noticed this inside the restaurant; one put it at about half the room, another at most of it.
  3. Four posts call the food crisp, though not always as praise. Of the oven-baked Basak Kandak, one post liked the crisp outside and moist inside, while another said it was so crunchy the chicken flavour nearly disappeared. Two posts said it was not greasy.
  4. It shows matches. One post went to watch Korea's opening World Cup game and counted three screens plus another screen and a TV on the ground floor, and one screen upstairs. The place opened early that morning for the game.

Getting inside

Second floor7 of 8 posts
In a basementyes 0 · no 4 (of 8 posts read)

Seating runs over more than one floor: 7 of 8 posts saw or sat on the second or third floor. When the ground floor fills, staff send people upstairs. One post arrived a little after 5 pm on a weekday to find the ground floor full and was seated on the second; another was led to a quiet third floor on a holiday that later filled up too. Six posts called the place large.

The registered address lists a basement level, but no post mentions basement seating. Four posts ate on or described the ground floor. That does not mean there is no basement, only that nobody wrote about one.

We don't know whether the entrance has a step, whether there is a lift to the upper floors, or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. None of the 8 posts said.

We don't know whether the toilets are inside the restaurant. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in amenity details one post copied from a listing; nobody wrote about seeing them.

No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • Accounts of serving speed split one to one: one post had food within 5 to 10 minutes, another waited about ten minutes longer for one dish than for the rest.
  • No post mentions queueing. People were sent upstairs when the ground floor was full, but nobody described waiting outside. That doesn't mean there is never a wait, only that nobody wrote about one.
  • Four posts give the same opening hours, daily from 11:30 to 2:00 the next morning, but three of them copied the hours from a listing. The fourth added that the floors seem to close at different times. No post mentions a break, last orders or a closing day.
  • Only 2 posts gave prices, and both were for a ssamdak at 27,900 won. We don't know what the other chicken, sides or beer cost, or what a meal comes to. One post found the ssamdak pricey enough to make it an occasional treat.
  • The phone number 02-332-6663 appears in 3 posts, all copied from listings. No post describes actually making a booking; mentions of group bookings repeat the restaurant's own information.
