A jokbal (braised pig's trotters) house at 191 Donggyo-ro, near Exit 2 of Hongik University Station. Visitors ordered five-spice jokbal with jaengban-guksu noodles as a set (49,000 won medium, 54,000 won large), or the half-plain, half-spicy banban jokbal (42,000 won medium), usually with a 4,000-won rice ball on the side. A rice-cake dumpling soup arrives with the basic spread. We read 8 posts dated August 31 to October 9, 2026; 6 describe actual visits. One was about the City Hall branch and was set aside, and one is only a check-in.

What sets it apart
- All six visitors got a rice-cake dumpling soup they had not ordered; one counted about two small dumplings plus rice cakes, and another said it comes in place of the usual broth. Several also listed pickled radish wraps, cabbage salad, salted shrimp and ssamjang in the spread.
- Five posts said the meat had no gamey smell. One found the herbal note milder than at other jokbal places, and one said the slices were cut thick.
- Both visitors who ordered the half-and-half plate said the spicy half was mild, fine even for people who avoid heat. One noted you can ask for the spicy sauce on the side.
- Two posts walked from Exit 2 of Hongik University Station. One, visiting on a holiday, steered away from the crowded Exit 9 and Yeonnam-dong side and walked straight in with no wait.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
No post described the floor from experience; '1st floor' appears only in the check-in address.
No one mentioned steps at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that there are none.
No one described the restroom — whether it is inside or separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 7 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Views on size differ: three posts called it roomy, while one said there aren't many seats and late arrivals may wait. Two of the 'roomy' posts visited near closing, with only a couple of tables occupied.
- Waits are unclear. One post walked in without waiting on a holiday evening; another found the room nearly full on arrival. One booked ahead for a weekday dinner and found the table already set. No one reported standing in a line.
- Three visitors went with friends, one in a group of four; none went with family or children. High chairs and pets appear only in one post's copied information block.
- Two posts list opening hours of 11:30 to 23:30, but both copied the hours from listings rather than noting them on a visit. No one mentioned closing days, a midday break or last orders.
- All prices are from September–October 2026, and no one gave the price of the extra-large set a group of four ordered. For a sense of a meal: two people filled up on one medium set (49,000 won), and three shared a large set plus a rice ball (58,000 won).
- The phone number 0507-1483-1247 appears only in one post's copied block. One visitor did book ahead and was seated at a reserved table.
