Kabinett is a wine bar on the third floor of 3 Yeonhui-ro, right on the Donggyo-dong junction outside Exit 3 of Hongik Univ. Station. It serves pasta, steak and salads alongside wine; the most-ordered dishes are the sous-vide chuck-flap steak with potato purée (36,000 won, 15 posts) and shrimp oil spaghettini (19,000 won, 12 posts). Thirteen posts came as couples and nine with friends, many for a birthday or anniversary. We read 30 posts from May 2025 to October 2026; 29 describe an actual visit (the other is one line in a new-openings list).

It is up three flights of stairs: four posts said there is no lift, one adding a warning to take care coming down after a few drinks. One found the stairwell a little eerie; another enjoyed the decorated walls on the way up.
No post says whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in, or whether there is a step at the door; we only know it is three flights up with no lift. That means nobody wrote about it, not that we know the answer.
No post describes the toilet from experience. Two info lists say it is inside or in the building, and one post called it 'a bit inconvenient' without saying why. We don't know if it is gender-separated.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post reports waiting. Eleven booked ahead and two walked straight in; one noted the room was full that night, and one mentions seats for waiting if there is a queue.
- Opening hours have changed repeatedly: Mon–Sat 12:00–23:00 in autumn 2025; Mon–Thu 17:00–23:35 and Fri–Sat until 01:00 in spring 2026; closed Wednesdays with Sunday 13:00–21:00 in summer 2026; and closed Sundays again, Fri–Sat until 02:00, by October 2026. Almost all of these are copied from listings, so check current hours before going.
- Prices have crept up: the steak went from 34,000 won (October 2025) to 36,000 won, and the salmon salad from 14,000 won (January 2026) to 15,000 won. One couple paid 84,000 won for a salad, a pasta, the steak and two juices; four posts called the prices reasonable.
- Two phone numbers appear: most posts give 0507-1439-5791, three give 070-4027-7770. Most bookings were made through Naver or Catchtable.
- Two August 2026 posts share the same 600-day-anniversary framing, the same four dishes in the same order and the same quoted notice. We counted both, but they may come from one template.
