A mushroom shabu-shabu and buckwheat-noodle house on Donggyo-ro 197, a short walk from exit 2 of Hongik Univ. Station. Evening pork-neck mushroom shabu-shabu is 18,000 won a head, the lunch shabu set 14,000, buckwheat makguksu 11,000. Mushrooms arrive whole and staff trim them into your pot; buckwheat noodles finish the broth.
