Samgeori Meonjimak Sundaeguk
삼거리먼지막순대국 Samgeori means a three-way junction and Meonjimak is an old local place name in Daerim-dong — one writer says it comes from Wonjimak, once an area of orchards; sundaeguk is Korean blood-sausage soup.

An old sundaeguk (blood-sausage soup) house in an alley by Daerim Middle School in Daerim-dong. The basic bowl, with rice already in the broth, is 8,000 won; with rice on the side it is 9,000, the large bowl 10,000, and a plate of head meat and pork stomach starts at 12,000. Offal and head meat fill the bowl more than sausage does, and writers keep telling you to stir in the minced garlic. It opens at 8 a.m. and closes on Tuesdays. We read 30 posts dated 25 July to 19 October 2026; 16 describe an actual visit. The other 14 are multi-restaurant lists or copied map listings, and we did not count them.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Nine posts say the portions are large — every one of the nine that mentions portion size. One found more sausage and offal in the bowl than broth; another says even the basic bowl is plenty for a grown man, and a third says there was no need to order the large.
- Of the twelve posts that talk about price, nine call it cheap — '8,000 won for sundaeguk at today's prices?', 'still 8,000'. One regular of seven years notes that prices have risen quite a bit. No post between August and October 2026 reports a price change.
- Three posts mention a hand-washing sink in the dining room — one by the counter, 'in the middle of the hall'.

Parking reports differ. Three posts say you can park beside the shop, two of them describing room for two cars, one blocking the other. One says that spot can now be used only from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Two posts call parking hard and point to the Daerim Children's Park public lot.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

1 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
No post says which floor the shop is on or whether there are steps. That does not mean there are none — nobody wrote about it.
Nobody says whether the entrance has a step or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. One post describes the room as rather cramped.
No post says whether there is a toilet inside or whether it is split by gender. The sink in the dining room is a separate matter.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 14 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on smell are split: four posts say there is no off-odour, three say there is. One noticed a slight smell from the lung, another says it is 'not a sundaeguk entirely without gaminess', and one was put off by the smell on entering but found the meat itself clean. One writer orders it without offal to avoid the smell.
- Waiting depends on the hour. Two posts say there is always a line at lunch, with a numbered sheet at the door; two others walked straight in, on a weekday lunch and at 4 p.m. on a public holiday. Several posts say that when it is busy you will share a four-person table with strangers.
- It is a walk from the subway: one post gives 18 minutes from Daerim Station and 14 from Guro Digital Complex or Sindaebang; another found it far enough to drive.
- Cabbage kimchi is back. Posts from July and August 2026 say only radish kimchi was served; most from September on say cabbage kimchi came too, after years without it. One post from 9 October still reports radish kimchi only.
- Opening hours agree on an 8 a.m. start and Tuesday closing, but closing time is given as 7:30 p.m. in five posts and 7 p.m. in three, with no pattern by date — check before an evening visit. One listing copied Wednesday as the day off.
- Two phone numbers appear: 0507-1310-2469 in three posts and 02-848-2469 in two. Phone booking is mentioned only in copied info blocks, so we did not count it.
- On staff, one regular calls them 'tough' rather than unfriendly, and another says the broth was forgotten and then brought; neither settles whether service is friendly.
