Neoseure
너스레 Neoseure is a Korean word for easy, playful banter — the joking talk people trade over drinks.
Compiled from 17 blog posts read in fullSources →
Neoseure is a Korean drinking spot on the second floor of a new building at 8-3 Ihwayeodae 1-an-gil, near Ewha Womans University Station. People order the Neoseure daebanjeon — half seafood-scallion pancake, half cheese kimchi pancake on a hot iron plate (17,000-18,000 won) — with house lemon soju (5,000 won) or makgeolli, then add a rolled omelette (9,000 won) or tteokbokki. Six posts say the place moved into a new building; one recalls the old place as a basement hideout. We read 21 posts from 31 August 2025 to 13 October 2026; two were not about this place, and 18 describe actual visits between February and October 2026.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- A dog lives in the shop. Ten posts saw it, describing it making rounds of the tables or turning up at their feet. Seven posts call it Ttangkong (Peanut) and two call it Hodu (Walnut), so the name is in dispute. Two posts say it barks at customers dressed in black.
- Ten posts say a free side of spicy radish salad arrives with the order. Four of them add that more radish, plates and glasses can be taken from a self-service bar. Separately, six posts say the owner brought out fruit on the house partway through.
- Eight posts say it is not expensive, and none say it is. One notes the dishes are all in the 10,000-won range; one paid 45,000 won for three dishes, and another says two people had four dishes plus makgeolli for just over 50,000 won.
- Nine posts say the portions are big. One says the house pancake plus the Neoseure stew is a lot for two and could feed three or four.

Ten posts say the shop is on the building's second floor. Four mention an elevator; one walked up the stairs.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That means we do not know, not that there is a problem. Four posts mention an elevator.
We do not know whether the restroom is inside the shop. Info boxes in two posts say it is outside the shop but within the building, and one says it is indoors; all three are copied listing data, so we do not count them. The only first-hand line comes from one post, which says there is a clean restroom by the shop entrance.
No one mentioned: Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 18 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- We do not know exactly when the move happened. The first post to mention it is from 28 May 2026, and six posts from then on say it moved to a new building. One February 2026 post says the old feel is all still there, but we cannot tell which location it visited. Only one post says the old place was in a basement.
- No post reports waiting for a table. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is never a wait. One post found it busy on a weekday evening, another arrived at opening and watched it nearly fill up behind them; one phoned ahead to check for seats and another saw a booking for 17.
- Spice depends on the dish. Six posts that ate the tteokbokki, squid stir-fry, soft-tofu stew or Neoseure stew found them mild; one post liked the Neoseure stew for being hot.
- Eleven posts give the same hours, 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. and closed Sundays, but all are copied info boxes. Two give last orders at midnight, and one says it closes at midnight on public holidays. Six posts list the phone number 02-364-2221.
- Prices differ slightly between posts. Three give 18,000 won for the house pancake and one gives 17,000 won, with no pattern by date. One February 2026 post lists tteokbokki at 15,000 won and a July post lists it at 18,000 won, but we cannot tell if it is the same dish.
- Some posts are promotional. Five end with the same ten hashtags; one discloses sponsorship and another says the business provided the meal. Many posts mention a free drink for writing a receipt review, but none say they got one, so we treat it as copied. The '40-year tradition' line is the shop's own claim.
