What we do not know
- These posts came in a single wave: 30 in six days, nearly all repeating the same cooking description (grilled, steamed, then glazed and charcoal-grilled twice more), the same '273 m from exit 2' and 'two parking spots', and the same ice-cream ending. One post discloses sponsorship, two say it was a free reviewer meal (one blogger, one visit), two say they paid themselves, and the other 25 say nothing. Claims about Gochang eel and the Kanto-style method are the restaurant's own, repeated by posts, so we did not count them.
- We know little about waiting. No post describes queuing; one says it was quiet at a late lunch. Some advise booking because weekday lunch fills fast, and 3 posts booked ahead. One blogger was once turned away at lunch because a group had used up the eel. Two posts mention a bench or waiting area by the entrance.
