Le Style is the restaurant-and-bar on the 21st floor of the ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Myeongdong, between Myeongdong and Chungmuro stations, serving a semi-buffet at lunch and dinner. From September 2026 the list prices are 43,000 won for weekday lunch, 45,000 won for weekend lunch and 46,000 won for the dinner steak buffet, but most visitors paid 20–30% less through CatchTable and similar deals (30,100 won weekday lunch, 31,500 won weekend lunch). In August weekend lunch was 39,000 won and dinner 40,000 won. The same room is the hotel's breakfast restaurant. We read 19 posts from 17 July to 8 October 2026: 6 from people who ate here, 5 that only introduce it, and 8 about other places.

What sets it apart

  1. Nobody reports paying list price. Five of the six visitors mention a discount: weekday lunch at 30,100 won instead of 43,000 (7 Sept), weekend lunch at 31,500 instead of 45,000 (6 Sept), August dinner at 32,000 instead of 40,000, and bingsu at a 16,000-won launch price. One post says the September rates run 'until October'.
  2. Four posts describe a rooftop with a view of N Seoul Tower right beside the 21st-floor dining room; one says the restaurant and rooftop sit side by side, and the August dinner visitor went out after eating to watch the sunset. One post had to eat indoors because of rain.
  3. Three posts say they booked ahead. Two say the room was full that day, and the August weekday-dinner visitor wrote that seating is limited and a reservation is a must.
  4. Two posts say the room is small — smaller than the photos suggest, says the August diner; the July breakfast guest called it on the small side. A third mentions about 50 seats and calls it cosy yet roomy, so it does not settle the question.

Parking

1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park1 of 6 posts

One visitor drove and says they circled the building one and a half times before finding the car-park entrance. The free-parking allowance differs between copied listings — two hours in one post, three in a round-up — and the note that the mechanical car park can't take SUVs or EVs is likewise copied, not experienced.

Getting inside

Lift to the floor1 of 6 posts

The restaurant is on the hotel's 21st floor; one post says you take the lift up from the ground floor. No other post says anything about floors.

Nobody mentions steps at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair — that is a gap, not a 'no'. One post mentions the lift, another high chairs for children.

No post says where the toilets are or whether they are separated by gender.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 11 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Whether you can eat outside is split. Three posts (two September weekday lunches, one July breakfast) say outdoor seating was available; the one August weekday-dinner visitor says the buffet was indoor-only and the rooftop bar opened properly at 8 pm. It may depend on the time of day.
  • Prices changed in September 2026. Posts up to August give 39,000 won for weekend lunch and 40,000 won for dinner; posts from September give 45,000 and 46,000 won, with seafood and other dishes added. Weekday lunch is 43,000 won in both periods. We don't know whether the discounts continue past October.
  • No one reports waiting. Two posts say it was full that day, but both had booked, so we don't know what happens if you walk in.
  • Opening hours appear in two posts, both copied from official listings. Lunch 12:00–14:30 matches; dinner is given as 17:30–20:00 (Mon–Sat) in one and 17:30–22:30 in the other. Breakfast 07:00–10:00 appears in one. No post gives a closing day.
  • No post gives a phone number; two say they booked through CatchTable.
  • Two wedding-quote posts follow the same template from one wedding platform (one wedding a day, 65,000 won per head for the buffet), and three hotel-buffet round-ups are introductions without a visit; none of these five were counted.
