Yetmat Seoul Bulgogi
옛맛서울불고기 Yetmat means 'the old taste' — the house serves old-style Seoul bulgogi, cooked on a domed pan with broth pooling around the rim.

A Seoul-style bulgogi house on Myeongdong 2-gil, a short walk from exit 5 of Myeongdong station. The meat cooks on the crown of a domed pan while glass noodles, mushrooms and rice cake simmer in the broth around the edge. Two posts put the hanwoo bulgogi at 20,000 won per 250 g portion; rice is extra. Four posts mention a thin, ssamjang-like dipping sauce served alongside. We read 5 posts, dated 13 August to 13 October 2026, all written to the same template.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Staff cook the bulgogi at the table. Two posts say so; one describes the server tearing the meat into bite-sized pieces as it cooks and arranging it in a ring around the rim once done.
- Many of the diners are foreign visitors. Three posts noticed this, one estimating that 80% of the room were foreigners. Two posts mention a vegetarian menu.
- Roomy for Myeongdong. Three posts call it spacious and two mention private rooms at the back; one expected a cramped space and found seating running deep inside.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
The address says ground floor, but no writer described the floor themselves; we don't know whether there is a basement or upstairs seating.
No post says whether the entrance has a step or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That means we don't know, not that there is a problem.
No post mentions where the toilets are or whether they are separate for men and women.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- Opinions on sweetness differ: three posts found the bulgogi sweet, while one (sponsored) post called it not sweet and clean-tasting.
- All five posts appeared within two months using the same structure and info block, which looks like a paid review campaign. Only one discloses sponsorship; the other four say nothing, and none says the writer paid.
- All five posts list opening hours as 11:00–22:00 and three give last orders at 21:30, but every one of these is copied from an info block. No post mentions a closing day. One post found the bulgogi lunch menu unavailable at weekend lunch.
- The only prices given are 20,000 won for 250 g of hanwoo bulgogi and 1,000 won for rice. Nobody gave prices for the US-beef bulgogi, the lunch menu or the soy crab, and no post states what a meal for two came to.
- Four posts say it is close to Myeongdong station; most point to exit 5 (two to three minutes on foot), while one says exit 4. Nobody mentions buses.
- No post says whether they had to wait for a table. That's an unknown, not a no.
- No post says who the writer went with; two only mention ordering two portions.
- Three posts give the phone number as 02-779-3000. One post's info block says group bookings are possible, but no writer actually booked.
