Yukhoegwan Pocha Euljiro-jeom
육회관포차 을지로점 Yukhoe is Korean beef tartare and gwan means a hall or house; pocha is short for pojangmacha, the casual Korean drinking spot — this is the pub-style Euljiro branch of the Yukhoegwan raw-beef group, which also runs a Yeouido branch.

A raw-beef pub near Euljiro 3-ga Station that occupies a whole building, from the ground floor up to a third-floor rooftop. Nearly everyone ordered the same-day-slaughter yukhoe (42,000 won) and the sea urchin tray (37,000 won) with a highball; one post totals 101,000 won for those three. Copied listings give hours of 17:00–03:00, Monday to Saturday. We read 30 posts from February 2025 to October 2026; after removing one about another branch and one listing, 28 describe a visit, and 19 of those fall in just over three weeks, 23 September to 15 October 2026.

Each floor feels different. Sixteen posts describe the second floor and 11 saw the third-floor rooftop themselves. The ground floor is a pub with red walls and celebrity autographs (11 posts saw them), the second floor is an izakaya-style hall split by wooden partitions, and the third has a glass-walled rooftop and group rooms. Several posts say you pay on the floor where you ate. Fourteen posts entered or sat at street level, so nobody describes going down to a basement.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access, so we do not know. Three posts climbed stairs to the upper floors and none mentions a lift. One writer sat on the ground floor because her husband's legs hurt too much to go up.
No post describes using the toilets. Notes such as women's on floors 1 and 3, men's on 2, or separate toilets inside were copied from info blocks or notices.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 29 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts disagree on noise. One called it quiet, one sat in a partitioned second-floor booth and still found it extremely loud, and a third said group tables were rowdy but the partitioned second floor was fairly calm.
- Between 23 September and 15 October 2026, 19 posts carry nearly the same order (yukhoe, sea urchin, highball) and the same pasted info block. One of them discloses sponsorship, one says it was a reviewer invitation, and three still contain leftover review-count widgets. Only 3 of the 28 visit posts say the writer paid.
- Sunday hours conflict, and every figure is copied from a listing. Monday to Saturday is consistently 17:00–03:00 (last order 02:10). For Sunday, 8 posts say 15:00–24:00, 5 say it is closed, 2 say 17:00–24:00, and 1 says it is open daily until 03:00. Check before going on a Sunday.
- We know little about waits. Only one post, from February 2025, describes waiting: the writer registered on Tablering, said the queue moved slowly, and mentioned a waiting area on the second floor. No 2026 post mentions waiting, though one found the ground floor almost full before 6:30 on a Friday.
- Yukhoe prices vary between posts. The September 2026 menu lists same-day yukhoe at 42,000 won and round-cut at 32,000, but two posts (March and September 2026) wrote 28,000. One post found some dishes pricey (beef tteokbokki and beef jeon), and one thought the sea urchin generous for the price.
- Most posts give the phone number as 0507-1327-2868; one listing has 02-2269-2868. Booking through Naver and Catchtable is copied from listings, and the 50,000-won room deposit is hearsay.
