A Korean tasting-course restaurant on the 4th floor of the ES Building, 37 Apgujeong-ro 80-gil, Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam. Lunch and dinner are set courses only, and several posts describe each guest getting a small individual tray-table set on a low table. We read 30 posts from 1 September 2025 to 14 October 2026; nine are actual visits (eight lunches, one dinner). The rest are 18 Michelin / Seoul Gourmet 100 list posts and three about other businesses. The meal runs from the juansang drinking tray through layered kimchi and one main (lamb, Korean beef or pot rice) to a sweets cart, and lunches took two to three hours. In 2026 posts lunch was 240,000-250,000 won for the jeomsimsang and 280,000-300,000 for the suksusang; one September 2025 dinner post paid 350,000 for the jeonyeoksang. An April 2025 visit had paid 215,000 for the lunch course.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Six of the nine visits ate in a private room, with parties of three to seven; one post mentions a two-person room too. A party of seven in September 2026 got a room improvised with a temporary door at the back of the hall, at 40,000 won more than the hall but with a welcome drink included. A weekend lunch the same month paid 340,000 per person for the room with one aperitif and the suksusang (280,000 in the hall), and noted voices from the next room carried through now and then.
  2. Four posts call the staff kind. One says they offered a non-alcoholic option unprompted to a pregnant guest; another saw servers explain dishes in Chinese and English to the next table and bring a power bank when asked to charge a phone. Several posts mention about a minute of explanation per dish.
  3. Six posts say they booked ahead, four of them through CatchTable. One found a weekday lunch easy to get; another booked two weeks out. One noticed the menu card was printed with the booker's name.
  4. Two posts say parking is by valet, both at 5,000 won; the September 2025 post adds that this covers two hours, then 1,000 won per 10 minutes.

  1. Seasoning splits opinion: two posts found it gentle, one found the food on the salty side overall.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

The restaurant is on the 4th floor (per the address). None of the visitors said how they got up — lift or stairs.

No one wrote about steps at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access. That means we don't know, not that there isn't any.

Two posts describe the restrooms as single-occupancy and stocked with towels instead of paper, but no one said whether they are inside the restaurant or whether there is an accessible one.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 18 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

2026-10-092 posts in one day
2026-10-073 posts in one day
2026-10-062 posts in one day
2026-10-052 posts in one day

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Prices vary a little between posts. The lunch jeomsimsang was 215,000 won in an April 2025 visit, 250,000 in August 2025, 240,000 on a weekday in August 2026 and 250,000 in two October 2026 posts. A July 2026 post wrote 280,000 per person, but five people used a private room that day and we can't tell if the room is included. The beef-main surcharge is given as 20,000, 30,000 and 25,000. One post plainly calls it expensive and one found the portions small. Prices copied in the list posts were not counted.
  • Three posts give the same opening hours — lunch 12:00-15:00, dinner 18:00-22:00 — and two say closed Sundays and Mondays, but all three are info blocks copied into the post rather than something the writers checked.
  • The phone number 02-542-6268 appears only in a copied info block and a list post; the visitors booked through CatchTable, not by phone.
  • One post names Apgujeong Rodeo as the nearest station; another came by subway and warned there's a bit of a walk. No one gave the walking time.
  • No post mentions waiting — everyone had a reservation — and no one said whether walk-ins are possible.
