A beef-intestine grill house in the Sejong Village food alley right outside Exit 2 of Gyeongbokgung Station. Most people order the domestic gopchang platter (small intestine, large intestine and heart) at 27,000 won per person; it arrives par-grilled, gets flambéed and cut at the table, and the meal ends with chive fried rice at 4,000 won. Raw liver, omasum and a soybean-paste soup come free. When the main room fills up, guests are sent to an annex across the lane. What sets it apart
- The house does the grilling. Fourteen posts said the owner or a server poured soju over the plate, set it alight and cut the intestines for them. One was told to eat the heart first because it toughens if cooked longer; another said the owner tended the grill from start to finish.
- Eight posts said the meat comes out already par-grilled from the kitchen, so it is ready to eat right after the flambé.
- Nine posts said there was no off smell, including one writer who calls herself sensitive to it and a Chinese friend who eats gopchang often at home. None said otherwise, though one found the free blood pudding slightly fishy.

The main room is at street level with a second floor above, but no post says how you get upstairs — stairs or a lift.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That means unknown, not absent.
One post says there is no toilet inside: you go outside and around the building to a single small unisex toilet, one person at a time. Another post lists separate men's and women's toilets, but that line was copied from a listing, so we did not count it.

Of the 25 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Waits vary. Two posts waited (five minutes on a weekday evening; another says there is always a queue at dinner peak), while four walked straight in (daytime, 5 p.m. on a weekday, a weekend lunch, 6 p.m. on a Thursday). One said it is full on weekday evenings, so weekends may mean a wait.
- Portions split opinion: four posts found them generous (one said a single extra order felt like two), three found them small, with more chives than meat.
- Prices went up. Posts through June 2026 list the platter at 26,000, intestine at 27,000 and tripe at 28,000 won per person; posts from late August list 27,000, 28,000 and 29,000. We only know the rise happened between June and August. Two people sharing two platter portions and one fried rice now pay 58,000 won before drinks.
- Fourteen posts give the same opening hours, 11:00 to 23:00 daily, but all copied them from a listing; no post mentions a closing day or a mid-day break from experience.
- Two posts booked ahead, one on the same day and one through Naver. The phone number several posts give is 0507-1348-1179.
- Posts disagree on what goes into the platter: one June post found abomasum in it, a July post abomasum and lung, while two August posts said there was no abomasum at all, not even à la carte. Three posts with no meal in them (two neighborhood lists and one write-up using stock photos) were not counted.
