A pick-your-own malatang shop in a side street between Sinchon Station and Yonsei University (Yonsei-ro 7an-gil 35, ground floor). You fill a bowl and pay by weight: per 100 g, 1,900 won for soup, 3,000 for xiangguo, 2,400 for malaban, with skewered items and fish balls weighed rather than charged per piece. Fountain soda, rice and the sauce bar are free; the side most people add is guobaorou (small, 10,000 won). We read 30 posts from 14 August to 6 October 2026; 29 describe an actual visit. Most repeat the same phrases and hashtags, which reads like a brief supplied by the shop.

What sets it apart
- Fountain soda is free: all 29 visit posts mention helping themselves, some listing zero-sugar options. Two posts found the machine broken that day. Cans, Chinese bottled drinks and beer are paid for separately.
- Twenty-eight posts call it clean, and the detail most of them point to is the bowl stack: the top bowl is wrapped in film with a sign telling you to start from the second. One post noticed the owner wiping the glass and picking up dropped ingredients. The hygiene-grade explanation is the shop's own wording, so we do not lean on it.
- Eighteen visit posts ordered guobaorou and 17 describe the batter as crisp. Five counted eight pieces in a small order, one counted ten, and two packed leftovers to go. Three said the pork had no off smell.

No post describes the floor from experience; the address says ground floor and one post mentions a glass front door. Nobody said whether there are steps.
Nobody wrote about a step at the door or entering with a wheelchair or stroller. 'Wheelchair-accessible entrance' appears only in three posts copying the listing, so we do not rely on it.
Three posts say the toilet is inside the shop — one went looking outside first, assuming a building toilet. Two say it is split by gender.

Of the 30 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Heat reports split: six found it hot, three milder than expected. At the same level 1.5 one diner was in tears while another found it far milder than Shin Ramyun. One post says the owner checked before serving level 2.5.
- No post reports waiting. Three say they walked straight in — at opening, on a holiday Sunday at 1 pm, and one citing fast turnover. Several found it busy at weekday lunch or 8 pm without mentioning a line, so we do not know about peak waits. One post noticed waiting seats by the door.
- Prices may change: several posts call the 1,900 / 3,000 / 2,400 won rates an opening special. An August 2026 post says 300 won per 100 g is off; a September post says xiangguo dropped from 3,300 won. Nobody has written the post-promotion price. Reported meals: about 13,000 won solo, 23,000 won for two with xiangguo and guobaorou.
- One August 2026 post thought the shop had recently moved, another called it newly opened, and one quotes the owner saying prices have not changed in five years. No post names an earlier location, so we cannot confirm a move.
- Opening hours agree across 22 posts: daily 11:30–22:00, last order 21:30 (15 posts). Most copy the listing; one says holidays close at 21:30, and one copied block showed a Tuesday break during the Chuseok week.
- Many posts give the same phone number, 0507-1411-5889. Reservations appear only in copied listing info; no one wrote about booking.
- Most posts share the same stock phrases and hashtags, which suggests a supplied brief. One discloses sponsorship, two say they paid themselves, the rest are silent. We counted only what each writer describes seeing, not the stock lines.
