HORNO
오르노 서울역점 Oreuno Seoulyeok-jeom Horno is Spanish for oven: the name points to the big wood-fired oven at the centre of the open kitchen.

Horno's Seoul Station branch is a wood-fired pizza and pasta place on the third floor of the Connect Place market zone, the building joined to Seoul Station, one floor above Tokkijeong. We read 30 posts dated 29 August to 15 October 2026; 23 of them describe actually eating here. The fig and Emmental pizza (35,500 won) is the dish people ordered most, 18 times, followed by the ragù conchiglie pane wrapped in wood-fired dough (29,500 won), 9 times. Honey comes with the pizza for dipping, and 12 posts said you order by scanning a QR code at the table. The branch opened in late August 2026; the original shop is in Mapo (Gongdeok). We set aside six posts from 30–31 August 2026 that use identical promotional wording and record no meal.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Expect to wait in the evening. Five posts said they waited. One arrived around 6 p.m. to find nine parties registered ahead; another, at 7 p.m. on a weekday, saw the CatchTable queue at number eight; a third was told three parties meant an estimated 40 minutes. A family who turned up without a booking early on a weekend evening really did wait 30 minutes, and one diner with a reservation still waited about a minute because the room was full. There is a waiting kiosk at the door. One post that came at 2 p.m. walked straight in. Eleven posts said they had booked ahead, through Naver or CatchTable.
- Eighteen posts said their table looked outside, straight onto the Seoul Square building and the station plaza; several mentioned watching Seoul Square's LED media façade from their seat after dark. Five posts from September and October visits said the windows were open and a breeze came in. Posts kept describing the window booths as semi-private because of their tall partitions. One said the inner seats are lit only by table lamps and are darker than expected, and two said the window seats were fully booked so they sat elsewhere.
- Ten posts said the open kitchen in the middle of the room, with its big wood-burning oven, lets you watch the pizzas and pane being baked. One diner thought the place was small from the front seats until they found more tables past the kitchen. Five posts called it spacious; one called it smaller than expected.
- Nine posts came with friends and four with family: parents, a mother, and a husband with children. A recurring reason was geography: Seoul Station as the midpoint for friends living in Gwangmyeong, Gangnam and the north side, or a convenient stop for a friend coming in by KTX. Two posts mentioned staying two hours or more.
1 more
- Two posts gave a full bill: 80,000 won for two people sharing a pizza, a pane and two drinks (about 40,000 won each), and 146,900 won for three people with a pizza, a pane, two salads and three draught beers. Four posts said the prices looked a bit high until they saw the toppings, and one called the 9,000-won sodas pricey. Six posts mentioned the free drink you get for writing a review.

Parking
1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Only one post actually parked. The third floor of the Lotte Mart car park was full, so they used the fourth and came down by escalator, with two hours free. Everyone else's 'third floor of the Lotte Mart car park, two hours free' was copied from listings. The six promotional posts state different terms (one hour free over 50,000 won, two over 100,000, three over 150,000), so the two versions don't agree.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 11 (of 22 posts read) |

Of the posts describing the way up to the third floor, eleven said escalator, by the plaza or next to Tokkijeong, and three said elevator. We could not tell whether they meant the same thing or whether there is a separate lift. One post climbed stairs from Exit 2.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. That is not a no; nobody wrote about it. The only mention of a pushchair is the shop's rule that dogs must come in a pet stroller.
We don't know whether the toilet is inside the restaurant or whether it is split by sex. No post mentioned it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 29 posts we gathered, 7 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-08-31 | 2 posts in one day |

| 2026-08-30 | 4 posts in one day |
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- A 90-minute limit when the room is full appears only in the promotional posts with no meal, so we didn't count it. No post from an actual visit ran into a time limit; two said they stayed two hours or more.
- Many posts say dogs are allowed if they come in a pet stroller or carrier, with muzzles for large dogs, but all of them copied this from the shop's listing. No post described bringing a dog.
- Sixteen posts give the hours as 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day, but nearly all copied them. The first-hand bits are one morning visit, one 2 p.m. visit noting there was no afternoon break, and mentions of staying open till 11 p.m. Three posts say there is no closing day. We dropped one post that had pasted in another restaurant's hours, with Sundays off.
- Several posts list the phone number as 0507-1352-0827. Bookings go through Naver or CatchTable; one post said groups of nine or more should book by phone.
- Two dishes were given different prices in the same period. Two posts gave 29,500 won for the porcini cream pane and one gave 28,500 won; the prosciutto and rocket pizza appears once at 29,500 won and once at 27,900 won. Check the menu on the day.
- Nine posts landed on 8–9 October 2026, most of them presenting the fig pizza, the ragù pane and the review promotion in the same order. Only one says it was sponsored; the rest say nothing either way. We counted them because they record a meal, but some may be sponsored tasting posts.
