A lamb-skewer and Chinese restaurant a three-to-five-minute walk from exits 1 and 2 of Seoul National University Station, in the Syarosu-gil lanes. Pre-seasoned lamb skewers (ten per portion, 16,000 won in posts from May 2026) are grilled over charcoal at the table, with three or four dipping powders such as cumin, curry and a sweet-nutty mix. Many posts add guobaorou, onmyeon noodles, fried rice or malatang. It uses a ground floor and a larger second floor with a separate entrance. We read 30 posts from 11 September 2025 to 15 October 2026; 23 are first-hand visits, and 4 were about other restaurants and set aside. Posts from November–December 2025 gave 15,000 won a portion.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- You don't turn the skewers yourself: nine posts describe a grill with notched slots that rotates them automatically, and one said staff came by to keep them from burning.
- Fourteen posts said the lamb had no gamey smell. Two qualified it: one said the lamb flavour comes through quite clearly, another that there is some lamb aroma but not an off-putting one.
- Four posts said the side dishes (zha cai, pickled radish, onion, ssamjang) can be refilled at a self-serve bar; two noted that the chairs have storage inside for bags and coats.
- Three posts said food came quickly. One said shrimp fried rice took about 40 minutes because fresh rice had to be cooked, and the house sent mapo tofu on the house.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 19 of 23 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 15 (of 23 posts read) |
| Toilet inside | yes 0 · no 1 (of 23 posts read) |
| Separate restrooms | 1 of 23 posts |
When the ground floor fills up, guests are sent upstairs. Nineteen posts described the second floor, six said they went up because the ground floor was full, and two said staff directed them there. The floors are not connected inside: one post noted a separate entrance, and others describe going up by a door or stairway on the left side of the building.
No post said whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — we simply don't know. One post said the second floor is reached by a stairway beside the building; none mentioned a lift.
The toilet appears to be outside the restaurant: one post had to take a key and tissue up or down half a flight, and found it in poor shape. One post said there are separate men's and women's toilets; another thought so but wasn't sure. A line copied from the map listing says the same, but we didn't count it.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices went up. Posts from November and December 2025 gave 15,000 won for a portion of skewers and 6,000 won for the noodles; from May 2026 posts say 16,000 won for skewers, and from August 7,000 won for the noodles. We don't know exactly when the change happened. Three posts called the prices reasonable; one said the 17,000-won kkanpunggi was not cheap.
- No post describes queueing. Six were sent upstairs because the ground floor was full; one said there is often a wait at dinner but they arrived around 5 pm to an empty room. Another found the ground floor full at 7 pm on a weekday.
- Nineteen posts give the same hours, 14:00 to 01:00 daily, though mostly as copied info lines; one post actually arrived at the 2 pm opening. Only one post mentions closing days, saying it is open year-round.
- Many posts list the same phone number, 02-888-8665. One post said they booked ahead through Naver; other 'reservations available' lines are copied info.
- Seven posts carry the same string of hashtags in the same order, which suggests commissioned copy; three posts disclose sponsorship. The repeated 'good for company dinners' line comes largely from this group.
- A March 2026 post says a Hanshin Pocha opened on the second floor of the same address, yet later posts still describe Seongmin's second-floor room. We couldn't tell whether they occupy different parts of the building.
