TEXAS de BRAZIL
텍사스 데 브라질 센트럴시티점 Tekseuseu de Beurajil Senteureolsiti-jeom Texas de Brazil is an American chain founded in Addison, Texas in 1998 that marries southern-Brazilian churrasco with a US steakhouse; in Korea it is run by Sun at Food.

A Brazilian churrasco all-you-can-eat house in a standalone street-front building at Central City / Famille Station, by exit 3 of Express Bus Terminal station (Sapyeong-daero 205, Seocho-gu). Carvers bring skewers to the table and slice to order; the central salad bar and soft drinks are included. Adults pay 58,000 won for weekday lunch (nine skewers) and 78,000 won for weekday dinner, weekends and holidays (fifteen). We read 30 posts from April to October 2026; 21 describe an actual meal. Two were about neighbouring restaurants at the same address and were dropped, and seven were listicles or guides we did not count.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- All 21 diners describe carvers slicing at the table. A two-sided coin (green for more, red for pause) sets the pace, and after the first round you ask staff for the cuts you want. One writer noted the carvers asked anyway, so the coin mattered little.
- Cuts you request take a while: three posts say so — after 8 pm on a weekday the pace slowed and a specific request took over 15 minutes; on a holiday evening re-grilled cuts took a long time; at a weekend lunch the meat came so slowly the writer had to ask staff.
- This is a book-ahead place: 13 posts booked through Naver or CatchTable or advised doing so. Queues form at opening time — one post found people already lined up five minutes before holiday dinner service, another counted 20–30 people waiting for the 11:30 opening on a substitute holiday, though more an opening crowd than a wait. Two who had booked say there was no wait. Four mention a seated waiting area inside.
- Twelve posts call the room spacious, four of them noting tables far enough apart for carvers to move freely. One post disagrees: tables packed close and a room so loud the carvers' explanations were inaudible. Seven mention high ceilings and six mention private rooms; two groups of six who booked were given a room, and a party of four shared one with another table.
4 more
- Eleven posts say it is easy by subway: about 90 m or under five minutes' walk from exit 3 of Express Bus Terminal station (lines 3, 7 and 9).
- Prices were the same, 58,000 and 78,000 won, from an August 2025 visit through October 2026. Five posts found it expensive; one, comparing it to hotel buffets, called it good value (that post also says 79,000 won once, against 78,000 everywhere else). Unlimited wine and draught beer is a 15,000-won add-on, and corkage is listed at 30,000 won a bottle.
- Lamb mostly passed: five posts found no gamy smell, one said the lamb leg smelled strongly, and one liked the chops but found the leg too strong.
- Six posts were couples, five went with friends, two were office outings and one took the in-laws; four went for a birthday.

Parking

Two drivers wrote from experience: park on level 3 of the Shinsegae Famille car park and an outdoor stair leads straight to the restaurant; first-timers may lose time finding parking. The free-parking tiers (1 hour from 50,000 won, 2 from 100,000, 3 from 150,000) are copied from the venue's listing.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
Eleven posts say it is easy by subway: about 90 m or under five minutes' walk from exit 3 of Express Bus Terminal station (lines 3, 7 and 9).
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 4 (of 21 posts read) |
|---|
It is at street level: all four posts that mention the floor say ground floor, a standalone building occupying the whole floor. The registered address says 4F; one post explains that from level 3 of the Famille car park an outdoor stair leads up one flight to the entrance, so the floor number depends on how you arrive.
No one mentioned a step at the entrance, wheelchair or stroller access, or a lift — that means unknown, not absent. One post says the route from the car park or the JAJU store involves climbing one flight of stairs.
No diner described the toilets. Two posts copied 'toilet inside' and 'separate men's and women's toilets' from the listing; we did not count them.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 7 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-10-12 | 2 posts in one day |
|---|
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post went with children. One diner saw high chairs; other mentions are copied from the listing, as are the child prices (29,000/39,000 won primary, 18,000/24,000 preschool).
- Sixteen posts give opening hours and fifteen agree — daily 11:30–22:00, break 16:00–17:00, last order 21:30 (15:30 at lunch) — but nearly all copied them from the listing; one says 11:00. Three diners confirm doors open only at 11:30, and one notes 8 pm is the last booking slot and the salad bar is cleared after last orders.
- Phone numbers: 02-6282-5000 in five diners' posts, 0507-1367-5031 in three. Most booked via Naver or CatchTable; one could not get a Naver slot and used CatchTable.
- Of the 21 meal posts, one discloses sponsorship, eleven say they paid themselves and nine say nothing. One of the uncounted guide posts carries a Coupang Partners affiliate notice.
