VISTA

비스타 Biseuta Vista is the Italian-derived English word for a view or outlook.

Compiled from 4 blog posts read in fullSources →

A pub-restaurant on the third floor of Gavit Island, one of the Sebitseom floating islands in Banpo Hangang Park, with a rooftop bar of the same name on the fourth floor. It serves pasta, pizza, steak and pilaf with wine and beer, by windows looking over the Han River. No post gave a price, so we don't know what a meal costs. We read 14 posts from April to October 2026; 10 only shared the name (five from a golf-ball seller, five reviews of an escape-room theme called Nostalgia Vista) and were set aside. The remaining 4 are all first-hand visits.

What sets it apart

  1. Three posts describe the floor-to-ceiling windows: one called the whole wall a long sheet of glass, one said staff raised the blinds when they sat by the window and they could see the marina below, and one booked through CatchTable, was shown to a window seat, and could see Banpo Bridge and its rainbow fountain. That post suggested booking around 6 pm to catch both sunset and the night view.
  2. One post covers the fourth-floor rooftop: ordinary tables, beanbags, an eight-seat group table, and an upper deck up one more flight with a view to Namsan Tower. The same post said the fabric outdoor sofas looked neglected, with cobwebs nearby. Another post praised how clean the third-floor dining room was, so the two posts are describing different spaces.

Parking

1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park1 of 4 posts

One post said there is a dedicated car park and driving was easy; another said to use the Banpo Hangang Park car park. The 'free parking' line in one post was copied from the listing, so we don't count it. Nobody gave a parking fee.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 4 (of 4 posts read)
Lift to the floor2 of 4 posts

Two posts say they took the elevator up, one to the third-floor restaurant and one to the fourth-floor rooftop. All four posts place it on the third or fourth floor; none mentions a basement.

Nobody wrote about steps at the entrance or wheelchair and stroller access. Two posts mention an elevator, but we know nothing about the footbridge to the building or the entrance itself.

No post describes the toilets first-hand. The note that they are separated by gender was copied from the listing by one post.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • No post describes walking from a station or bus stop. One post's info summary says it is near Express Bus Terminal station, and another only says they walked over from Banpo Hangang Park via the crossing by Jamsu Bridge.
  • No post says whether they had to wait; one booked ahead. That doesn't mean there's no wait, only that nobody wrote about it.
  • Only one post says clearly who they went with: a couple celebrating a boyfriend's birthday. We have nothing on visits with friends, family or groups.
  • Two posts give different opening hours: one copied 11:00 to 22:00 daily from the listing, the other wrote 11:00 to midnight daily with no break. We can't tell which is current.
  • No post gives a single price. Plenty of dishes are named, but we don't know what a meal costs.
  • No post gives a phone number. One post booked a table through CatchTable.
