What sets it apart
- The fish is grilled over charcoal near the entrance, with the owner fanning the coals. Eight posts say they could watch it from their seat, and four describe seeing grilling start right after they ordered. Almost every post repeats the same lines about an 'Osaka Umeda method' and fish bought daily at the wholesale markets; those are the shop's own words, copied, and we did not count them.
- Side dishes are refilled from a self-service bar; 22 posts say so. They list green-onion kimchi, cabbage kimchi, pickled onion, laver, lettuce wraps and sauces such as soy and wasabi, and many single out the laver and the green-onion kimchi. Several posts say rice with the set is refilled too.
- It is an easy walk from the subway. Eight posts walked there or note the bus stop right outside; most put it five or six minutes from Gonghang Market station, and one walked from Sinbanghwa station exit 1.
- Five posts went with children. Three of them say the owners brought a free rice ball for the child, and one mentions a high chair. One post warns the pork is too spicy for children.

No one described the floor. The address says ground floor, but none of the 30 posts mentions floors or stairs on the way in, so we do not know.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That is unknown, not a no.
The toilet is inside the restaurant, according to seven posts; two mention several diffusers and say it was clean.

What we do not know
- Opening hours changed twice in a short time. Posts from 18–19 August 2026 give 11:30 to 22:00 daily with a 15:00–17:00 break and a lunch special. From the 30 August post on, it opens at 3 p.m. Most September posts give a 1 a.m. close; a 10 October post says it used to run until 1 a.m. but now closes at midnight, and the three posts since 29 September all give 15:00 to midnight. Most posts say it closes every other Monday (the second and fourth), while three say every Monday. Early closing when ingredients run out is the shop's own notice, copied. Check before you go.
- No post reports waiting. One says the place filled up at dinner time, and two mention seats outside the door for waiting. Whether there is never a queue, we cannot say.
- Most posts give the phone number 0507-1417-7892; one lists 010-8998-7892 for enquiries and reservations. That bookings are possible is hearsay or copied info; no post actually booked.
- Prices are from posts written between August and October 2026. The 15,000-won set stayed the same throughout; the 9,000-won lunch special appears only in August.
- The menu changed too. August posts have no skewers; from mid-September, posts describe chicken and pork-belly skewers as new. The included soup was a cold acorn-jelly bowl in four August posts, and a hot soup such as mussel seaweed soup from September on.
- Many posts follow the same template: the same lines about grilling 'Osaka Umeda style' to order, buying fish daily at the markets, and suiting families, couples and friends appear in nearly the same order across posts.
