꽃돌게장1번가 Kkot and dol come from kkotge (blue crab) and dolge (small rock crab), the two crabs the house marinates; gejang is raw crab cured in soy or chili sauce, and ilbeonga means 'First Avenue'.

A crab house filling an entire two-storey building on the gejang street of Bongsan-dong, Yeosu (36 Bongsan 2-ro). The signature is the 35,000-won-per-person blue crab set: soy-marinated crab and shrimp with chili crab, a doenjang crab stew, bulgogi and fried crab, and 16 of the 24 diners we read ordered it. On top of that, small rock crab in soy and chili is free to refill from a self-serve bar. We read 30 posts dated 24 July to 21 October 2026, 24 of them first-hand meals.

What sets it apart
- Time it badly and you wait a long while. Of 18 posts that discussed waiting, 11 queued. Remote CatchTable numbers ran 62 parties, 91st, 110th, 118th and 214th; 110th on a weekend lunch meant 90 minutes, and a 214th taken just after 11 a.m. on a weekday got in around 2 p.m. One weekday-lunch 23rd was called in 10 minutes. Several posts warn that from 27th place you must verify your location at the door or lose your spot. The 4 who went at weekday opening, at 2:30 or 5 p.m. on a weekday, or right after the weekend break at 5 p.m., sat straight down.
- 21 of the 24 diners wrote that small rock crab, in both soy and chili, can be refilled freely from the self-serve bar. They repeatedly note it is much smaller than the crab on the set; one found it far too salty, while others thought it better seasoned than the main crab. Fish-cake skewers in broth, mustard-leaf kimchi, salad and canned peaches sit on the same bar.

The restaurant uses both floors; 10 posts mention the second floor, where they were seated or waited. The ground-floor entrance holds the shop counter and café, the upper floor a waiting area and a flower-shaped photo spot. Three posts note a lift.

- 8 posts found no fishy taste; one differed, a repeat visitor who wrote that this time it tasted fishy.
- No one arrived by bus or on foot; one group took a taxi about 10 minutes from Yeosu Expo station, and the rest drove or did not say.
- Opening hours appear in 18 first-hand posts and agree: daily 10:00 to 21:00, break 15:00 to 17:00, last order 20:00, though most are copied into the post header. No first-hand post names a regular closing day; one notes one-off closures such as 22 to 23 September posted on Naver.
- Two posts say the house takes no reservations; you join the queue remotely on CatchTable. Eight posts list the phone number as 0507-1395-0006, two as 061-644-0003.
