Seochonje Sushi 100

서촌제 스시100 The 100 refers to the hundred kinds of sushi the house says it rotates through the seasons; the posts give no meaning for Seochonje itself.

Compiled from 19 blog posts read in fullSources →

A conveyor-belt sushi bar in the Hallasan Arboretum restaurant lane in Yeon-dong, Jeju City (Eunsu-gil 65, Building D, ground floor). Plates are priced by colour - white 1,900 won, black 2,900 won - with premium pieces on wooden boards priced separately, up to 8,000 won. Anything not on the belt can be ordered from the chefs, and there is also udon, soba, a kids' pork cutlet, LA ribs, fruit and desserts. Couples reported bills of 44,600 won (16 plates), 70,500 won (21 plates) and 96,200 won. We read 21 posts from October 2024 to October 2026; after setting aside two about other businesses, all 19 remaining were first-hand visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Eight posts did not wait - they went at 3 pm, at weekend opening, early lunch or near closing. But one early-lunch visitor found it full by 12:30, and one Sunday 5 pm visitor saw a queue form after 6. One post mentions a sign-up sheet at the entrance for busy times.
  2. Five posts ordered pieces not on the belt directly from the chefs - hand rolls, sea urchin, aged-kimchi flatfish. One visitor near closing time says that even after the kitchen stopped putting out new plates, they made requests if the fish was still there.
  3. Six posts came with children, ordering the kids' cutlet, udon or shrimp tempura for them; one child went back for strawberries three times. One post says it saw high chairs.

Parking

9 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park9 of 19 posts

Nine posts found parking easy. You park in the Hallasan Arboretum Theme Park lot and walk about 30 m down to the restaurant lane; two posts say the lot is paid but free once you register your car at the restaurant, and one warns that forgetting to register is a real nuisance. Another mentions two hours free. Four posts call the lot large, one putting it at 50-plus cars.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

No one described the floor or stairs from experience; we have only the 'ground floor' in the address and mentions of walking down from the car park.

No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That means we don't know, not that it's impossible.

No one wrote about the toilets from experience. One post's copied listing says separate outdoor toilets for men and women; we did not count it.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • One post disagrees on seating: three say there are tables for groups besides the counter around the belt, while one from June 2026 says it is all bar seating.
  • The blue-plate price varies: six posts say 2,500 won, two say 2,400, with no pattern over time. One visitor notes the online menu showed 2,400 but they were charged 2,500, and suggests trusting the prices posted in the shop.
  • All ten posts that list opening hours agree: daily 11:30 to 21:00 with no afternoon break. Several copied this from a listing, and one visitor says that from about an hour before closing the kitchen stopped making new plates and ran only one belt.
  • Only one post booked ahead - the staff had forgotten the phone reservation and they waited about five minutes. Three posts list the phone number 0507-1370-0978.
  • No post covers getting there by bus; every visitor who mentioned it drove and used the theme park car park.
